We had the problem that the zoom >= 1.0 didn't worked and didn't know whether it's a hardware or a software problem. Then we replaced the main camera as described here (thx for this) and now it's working again as expected :-) Hopefully it will be longlasting. The camera was only about 17 Euro

Seems like it's a general problem, I've been managing my phone like that for months! And it didn't fall or anything of sort. So annoying, I only use 0.9below

@@temmybaker5954 Its the problem of P30 Pro user worldwide. As soon as the warranty period ended, this problem spread worldwide. Upon inquiring at Huawei, they told to do smart Diagnosis and visit nearest Customer care service, but all they could offer as help was to replace the camera module. I read some threads at Huawei community, the problem still existed after replacing module. Clearly, its a bug from Huawei and they know it but they won't tell.

Al momento de hacer el test/comprobación de la nueva cámara instalada, la pantalla de la Cámara aparece negra, sin opción de picarle a las herramientas, tendrá que ver la configuración del software, Android 12? Ya que decidi instalar después la cámara dañada y aparece la misma pantalla negra que con la nueva, cuando antes el error era que no enfocaba pero si funcionaba la app de cámara , ahora me sale error de conexión de la cámara.
