Hello. In terms of speed, both hub-drive and mid-drive perform same. But the difference starts with range and torque. Where in terms of range hub drive has better range due to regeneration capabilities. And for torque mid-drives generate more torque and are flexible as the bike gear system can be used with it.
As of now in India no one sells magnetic e brake sensor. You can buy on Aliexpress if you want. Or you can make one using magnetic reed switches and neodymium magnets. Or you can go for normal e brakes which are sold by several sellers online in India. robu.in/ and robokits.co.in/ have some good normal e brakes.
