The first time I heard Hudson Taylor was when I was a walking to work in 2018. I was listening to Spotify and one of your songs came on randomly through my ‘based on’. The first song was Butterflies and I fell in love instantly with your music and had loads of your songs on repeat and then I went to see George Ezra in Belfast Custom House Square that August and you guys were supporting him and I was over the moon!!!! I discovered you guys when you were still Harry & Alfie and you were busking on Grafton Street. It was actually just Harry by himself that first time and he was balancing on top of a bollard outside HMV playing guitar and singing. I thought it was crazy, couldn’t believe how he was managing it. First song I ever heard was World without you, when I was scrolling through RU-vid one night looking at acoustic performances. I fell in love there and then. Watched the video on repeat until I had learned all the words! We had that song at our wedding! Then I remember how excited I was when I found out you where performing at the festival we where going to in Newquay (boardmasters) this was back in 2011!
The first time I saw Hudson Taylor was the second of March 2013 when they supported The Script in the 3 Arena, I remember thinking that the lyrics to cinematic lifestyle were so clever so as soon as I got home after the concert I binged watched all of their youtube videos. I was lucky enough to see them at their album release party for Loving Everywhere I Go in athlone which was fantastic ! Seven years later and I'm still bopping away to their music (Holly is my favourite hehe) .Thanks guys for easing our boredom right now and giving us such good music to play as the soundtrack of our lives ! The first song I heard from you guys was the song "Holly". I remember it so well because my sister sent it to me and I fell in love with it. My name is Holly and I was always joking with my sister that the only songs with my name in it were Christmas songs so it was nice to hear a song with the name Holly in it that wasn't a Christmas song. I was actually going to see you guys in Wexford at the Spiegeltent festival 2019 but unfortunately Alfie was unwell and your gig got postponed to a day I had to work so I missed it. 2010 with your video of Battles where Harry played acoustic guitar and Alfie sang mean vocals, you were both sitting outside on the grass in what looked to be a college or park. I couldn't find the video after you transitioned into Hudson Taylor (you should repost that original version, or even better redo the acoustic version) because it was the best example of a band going from amateur to professional through youtube in my opinion. Also one of your most stylish songs

I can't remember if the first song is "the arrow song" or "chasing rubies" but you were still just "Harry And Alfie" and on the old chanel you had just started talking in the videos for the first time. I can remember you also had fans of the band make videos of that song too....(the arrow song) to bad i can't find it online anymore. Last year I was very lucky to see you perform live and got to meet and talk to you and too also take photos with you and to get your autographs on my shirt. It is one of my favorite memories of my year in the USA and I can't wait to get to see you again perform live and evolve in the next step of your music.
