I have four scoops of Huel every day alongside a light, balaced diet of solid food, and it's worked wonders for my health. I like the banana flavour best, because it has a really natural banana flavour and, with some slices of real banana and a splash of milk blended in, tastes just like a quality smoothie. A pinch of green cardamom powder also enhances the flavour. I actually think the daily nutritional boost has improved my skin, and even some fine wrinkles seem have disappeared. Increased collagen production, maybe? In any case, I'd definitely recommend Huel as part of a balanced diet.
