Do chilaquiles next! When you find a restaurant that does them well, cherish those places. El Taco Riendo and Andale are my two favorites in the twin cities (you know, if you ever find yourself in the neighborhood). Congrats on the book! Glad to see there is a paperback version too!
@@dontpanicpantry Noah I truly enjoyed your Novel. Loved the description of food and cooking details. I could relate and was moved by the inner mind struggles, self loathing and the peace of mind the comes from cooking. I especially was moved by the break-up and shed a tear at the last paragraph. Because I've also learned from therapy that you can't force the mind to be at rest or numb it with weed and alcohol, but it does get easier when you take responsibility for self care.
