We are a couple who are building our own home from the ground up in the mountains of West Virginia. After living near the city our entire lives we finally decided to sell it all, pack up our 3 kids and live in an RV on our 73 acres while we building our own off-grid house and learning to live a more self-reliant life.
Our house build is documented entirely on our main channel "Wild Wonderful Off-Grid". This channel is dedicated to short vlogs showing our life outside the build.

You guys (including Kaylee, Jordan and Sadie) are such an amazing example of building and cherish community. It's really amazing to see how all of you are modeling by doing, by building step by step a new way to connect. I'm sure it touches the hearts and souls of many around the world. That example brings me hope in this divided world, for me it's the opposite of dualism. I'm following all of you for a while now. I live in Europe, the Netherlands. I'm a teacher and coffee lover. I was going to make a comment about ordering a cup of coffee and having it delivered to Houston but you guys have the web site up and running. Excellent. Watching Josh drink a cup was exciting! Well maybe not but funny. I have 1 bag medium ordered and I look foreword to tasting what the best can buy. I was wondering if there would be plans to offer it in k-cups I would buy some as a Christmas present in whatever year If that was ever to happen. I realize there are challenges to do this so no worries if the answer is no. The place is looking amazing. You guys have worked hard to make this dream come true.

Make sure to have a food handlers permit for all employees online test . Keep a log book of all daily refrigerator temps. Looks great you will do fine with inspectors.
