Love love love your videos!! Bobby you have greatly helped my weight loss/health journey. I bought the vitamins you recommend last week that was perfect timing because I really needed some but the wall was overwhelming. I’m not even in three minutes yet and I love the first several products!!!! I am gluten-free and I look for good gluten-free products, although right now I am on a program, so I’m not eating food from the grocery except for a lean meat and veggies :-). I found a brand of pancake mix called Simple Mills that says it's paleo friendly and uses organic coconut sugar as a sweetener as well. It also is gluten free and uses almond flour. I just noticed that Simple Mills is out of Chicago, Bobby. Isn't that where you're from? Also, I like the Amy's food line. Ty for introducing me to her products.

I would LOVE to see a video with nut-free options for things! It’s hard to find healthy mixes without almond flour and same goes for things like protein bars and granola. A lot of people only think of little kids when avoiding it, so it gets ignored when marketing things for adults.

Plus, it helps to reduce costs when you buy in bulk either from your local store or directly from your farmer, or from a CSA, or when you buy rescued/"ugly"/"seconds" produce and/or when you avoid buying packaged/convenience foods.

@@Karamoonsage that's not what I asked..Every thing he recommends is double or triple. He's gotten rediculous with pasture raised this. Grass fed that..Salt from Himalayas. Keto wine. Lol He was much more enjoyable before he got like this..look at some videos of his from even several years ago. Used regular ketchup, mayo. Regular meats.. Plain kosher salt..but judging by all the superchat money people give, he was smart money wise..

So what do you think about Les Trois Petits Cochons brand of sous vide eggs specifically, but other products too? Not organic and "cage free" instead of pasture raised eggs, but seems more pure than those shown here. Found them at Jewel and they taste WAY better than Starbucks in my opinion.

A little confused with the Applegate farms sausage. Specifically the Applegate chicken & Sage. When you enter in the information to your Bobby app, it's listed as Bobby approved. When you scan the bar code from the box, it's not bobby approved. Does Applegate carry two kinds of the same product?
