It's not my favorite, but I think red oak is an underrated hard wood. Nice cabinets.

Pretty calming to see that high class furniture builders make mistakes too. I'm an apprentice and managed to glue in a completely finished side panel upside down this week. Everything was marked, no hurry, no distractions - just a brainfart. Still keeps me up at night but hopefully won't happen again soon. 🤞🏻

Impressive ordering inset doors out of sight, have you had any problems with their fit?

great work. great explanation. I noticed the hinge holes were very close to the edge. how many mm off the edge is required for that hinge.

Really like then, I may have missed it, how do you choose between mdf and plywood other than screwing against the wall?

Does Salice on their undermount slides have screw mounting holes on the bottom or did you have to add you own? I wish this is something track manufactures would add. I don't need the 50 holes like the sides have just give me 2 or 3 holes for applications where it makes sense to mount them in this way. Sucks trying to drill them by hand.

I like the looks of those hinges. What brand were those? and spec? the name in the transcript I cannot find.

I had to cut up this 60cm hanging shelf I built yesterday because I screwed up the dimensions. Now I don’t feel so bad now knowing you canned something way bigger. Still sucks, but there you go. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the build. Love to see the install process too.
