I know you said beans are just not as good in tacos, but you should try lentil tacos. They are so delicious. I sauté some garlic and onion in a little oil, add I cup dry lentils, 2 cups of water and a can of diced tomatoes with green chili’s. Cook about 20 minutes or so or until tender. I then add my own taco seasoning, but a packet would be fine. So good!!!

Love Costco plastic wrap with the zippy cutter. Works best if you put it beside your container and pull it across and then cut. You don't have to worry about covering yourself in plastic instead of the container 🤣

I wish Costcos were more consistent! People around the US all have different items. Even within a 20 mile radius. I get so excited to get there and then I can’t find anything they’ve vlogged on!
try soy chorizo!! it is very good in tacos and breakfast burritos, it tastes exactly like a less-greasy version of the real thing, AMAZING. maybe check out some black bean and sweet potato taco recipes too, those are my personal favorite.
Those coconut almonds are AMAZING! I tried them after you first hauled them and I'm in love! The Costco PB didn't separate for us after we opened it, stirred it well once, and stuck it in the fridge. The ingredients are SO much better too.
The green lemonade has blue green “algae” which is supposed to be good for you similar to the supplement spirulina! Not “agave”the natural sweetener! Just wanted to let you know 💕 let us know how he likes it!

Love the haul. I spend 250-350 each month at 'costco'. I just love shopping there and as a family of 6 shopping bulk especially for snacks make more sense. My family goes through about 3 to 4 boxes of the 6 pack of almond milk a month. We love it. I even cook with it.

Last thing, if you want to find a good probiotic for your kiddos that’s chewable, I have been using culturelle kids! It’s awesome!! I think you can only buy it on the online Costco... you only have to eat one a day and there’s 60 for about $25 and when it’s on sale it’s like $18.99! They taste great! And they help me lots ❤️ some things work on someone and don’t work on others but if you’re looking for one you can give it a shot!
A good tip about organic natural peanut butter is storing it upside down. So the oils is at the bottom when you are ready to use and put it the right side up.

Last year I used the Costco travel service for the first time and it was great. I got 3% back instead of the usual 2% and that alone paid for my executive membership. Great haul!
Our trick for tacos is to cook 1/2 lb 93% ground beef (or bison) and add cooked quinoa to the beef and then add seasoning...not totally vegan but a step in the right direction. Texture is pretty good so girls and hubby probably not even notice. Love your channel, thanks for making me smile.
Great haul Kim! I love Costco too. We love the Olive Garden dressing also, I use it on most of my salads. We have been in love with the Banza pasta since last summer when I discovered it. Taco hack without the beef! Use half the traders Joe's soy chorizo and half the trader Joe's meat-less ground beef. Mix in some taco seasoning and a splash of water. Heat it up on the stove and eat it all! I am not vegetarian but don't love red meat, and this is delicious.

Hi- I just recently subscribed to your channel; your hauls are my absolute favorites! I love all the hand gestures that go on while you are describing an item or trying to think of something. It's so cute and funny at the same time!👍👌 I also love that you show a close-up of each item, along with the price and a description/opinion/story to go along with it. I have a love affair with Trader Joe's, so of course those hauls are my favorite! I feel like there are so many great things in TJ's that I still have not discovered but watching the hauls have enabled me to find new must haves. My latest obsession at TJ's are the frozen scallion pancakes. O....M...G they are SO yummy!!!😍 Yeah, they are a little greasy but we all have to live a little, right? I don't add oil like the instructions recommend since they already contain a little bit of oil, I just slap them in a pan and heat until they are very crispy, then serve with TJ's General Tsao Stirfry sauce ( a very overlooked, underrated sauce, which to me is much better than their Goyoza Dipping sauce) and serve with a salad. I am also weirded out by meat and eat very little it. If I must handle it when cooking for my husband, I put on vinyl exam gloves so I don't have to touch it. Aldi used to scare me a little (why, I don't know, was just used to TJ's), but I'm slowly warming up to them for some things. Their prices are so FRICKEN low, it is hard to believe! First I thought Aldi was a discount grocery store with random, expired, weird items that I would wonder what was wrong with them or why they were there to begin with. I was pleased to find out that was not the case. (My husband calls Aldi Trader Joe's less attractive younger brother) I love their Asian chopped salad kit, their selection of nuts and cheeses...kinda like TJ's but a much smaller variety, organic whole milk vanilla yogurt, SOME produce, like their organic berries (all), mangos, cherries, apples (honeycrisp), cucumbers, tomatoes and more stuff I can't think of right now. Cellulose (wood...yeah, as in trees) is added to many shredded cheeses, especially in grated Italian cheeses AND the guidelines state that up to 10% of a package/container can be cellulose!!! Chickpea pasta? I haven't tried that yet, but I have tried black bean and edamame pastas. We sometimes use the basil pesto as sandwich spread....mmmm. Nice haul! :o)

I made this video a while ago so I'm not sure of what I said exactly - but in the case of spending more; what I mean is spending more At Costco, rather then spending it at other grocery stores. Still spending around the same amount of money, just getting most of my food at costco now to ensure I get the cash back - does that make sense?
If you store natural peanut butter in the fridge upside down (just make sure the cap is on tight), you don’t have to mix it. I also hate the oil separation and this is how I deal with it.
I always say costco is our home away from home. We are a family of 5 and I swear we are at costco every week. I dont even want to know how much we spend per month. Its a lot. My husband has the visa credit card so we get a descent cash back check. We love costco.
That almond milk is pretty darn good. And they add B vitamins, which we all need to supplement so they say. Do you have a recipe for your pizza dough?? Mine always turns out poorly. Like the dog won't eat it lol.

Omg they had that spinach and artichoke dip as a sample yesterday and it’s DELICIOUS!! I didn’t buy it because there’s only 3 of us in my house and I couldn’t see myself paying $10 for a TUB of spinach dip lol! Like you said, we’d have to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😂 But I can’t lie...it was tough to walk away from it 😩 lol

Just FYI Costco carries collagen in capsule form by the brand youththeory. Now this is my first experience with collagen in any form but they had it on sale for like $14 or something for like 390 capsules so I figured why not try it. Hopefully it works just as well as the powder from I see so many people raving about. Only downside so far is it suggest 6 capsules/day but you may not mind that since one of your last vids you showed putting the collagen into capsules!!! Love your vids, hope this helped.
Yup I take about 8 capsules of this stuff a day! It's collagen beauty water - which is made to be put into water- but I just can't handle it. haha! I'll definitely have to look into getting the pre-made capsules! Would save me so much time! lol I just hear so many people rave about the vital proteins that I went with them! Thanks for the tip!!
Try the Garden of Life kids chewable probiotics. all the healthfood stores carry them or you can order online at multiple places. My kids love them and it has significantly helped the child with constipation and we were doing lots of the fiber gummies to try to help and it didnt.

I got some quinoa pasta at Costco the other day. It's really good. And it's the 100% quinoa pasta, not the quinoa and corn kind, which really isn't healthy 😀
