Infrared camera from an aircraft or helo can see the diesel onthe water.

That's just sad. I guess there's always a risk of something like this happening. It's good that this spill was minimized. However, could it have been prevented. I have an old friend who's parents still live in Manistee. It's a really nice place to visit especially, in the summer. PS I love the pic of the sunset on the water at the end of this vid. When I lived in Marquette, you could watch the sunrise in the morning over the lake. If you were up for a short drive at the end of the day, you could then, go watch it set over the lake. Depending on the time of year, you could catch it setting right on the shoreline.
