Hi Jovita. First of all, I love you. You are my favorite creator. I am also suffering from disc bulge for like 2+ years and when you said that you didn't feel your age and that your parents seem in lesser pain..boy..I felt it. I know what you go through. Sometimes I feel like leaving my job as the pain gets unbearable but seeing you like the warrior you are who is pushing every single day with not just physical but mental pain too, it gives me the strength and inspiration! Adding to the mouldy and expired makup discussion, it's a good idea to also clean and sanitise your makeup regularly. Get some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and spritz every once in a while. Easy!

Great video as always! Speaking about environment friendly products and packaging reminded me of the Lakme 9-5 Compact Powders. Can someone please tell me if Lakme sells refills for it? I use it regularly but it feels so wasteful to buy a new container after finishing one every time. I have purchased 4 containers already and felt bad about it every time. I have seen some brands selling refills for compact powders which you can just pop into the old container and I would love to know if we have the same option in Lakme as well.

Hey Jovi. My experience with all sunscreens with Vit C has been bad 🫤. Be it Dr. Sheths or Dot & Key. Both of these sunscreens balled up on my skin. Even if i just apply a light serum and then layer it with sunscreen. The Dot & Key watermelon one is amazing though.

@MrJovitageorge as soon as I apply, rather than disappearing or getting absorbed it starts to peel off as if you try and mix water based products with oil based ones..just doesn't sit on the skin. This has happened regardless my skin is well moisturized. With even the dewy finished sunscreens. Only solution I found was using a serum foundation but I really want to use the cream based ones..so pls if you can help.

Take care .. hypothyroidism can cause more than usual hair fall. .and it can make you feel more depressed... sharing from personal experience.. Take breaks and rest.. as you might feel fatigue during noon... I'm 21 and have hypothyroidism from past 4 yrs now... and the back pain can worsen during your periods because tsh rises during periods i guess...🥺🥺

Hi Jovi, I have heard you shouldn't put bells or anything that makes sound around the cat's neck.the noise mentally affects them and is not good.

U are not aged,its stress and anxiety taking toll on ur health.Try some spiritual practices in your daily life like learning reiki or yoga....it might not change your situation but ur way of looking at things definetly...
