That is quite a property for a large, growing family! Thanks Nick! Please keep your eyes out for a single guy's place with a dog and 9 BMW motorcycles. Something like a small house with storage for the bikes and a car and a nicely landscaped yard. Thanks for showing us a variety of properties. Is asbestos removal expensive over there? it would cost thousands here in the US to have that removed. It would be perfect for multiple family members to restart the farm together while still enjoying their own personal space. Thank you Nick and Fernando.

That must have been a very productive farm in it's day, it would be perfect for a young family who wish to live a traditional life in harmony with the land. The farmhouse is similar to old farmhouses here, the younger children that did not inherit their families' farms struck off on their own and worked hard and long to create new farms. They started with small houses, concentrating on building the farm up, then added to the house as they started to have children. Those wise farmers never threw anything away, knowing that everything can be repurposed sooner or later - one man's rubbish is another man's treasure. There is an old saying here: "use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without"

Hello Nick and Fernando it’s always a joy to see you too, big house not my cup of tea, requires a lot of imagination , that said for a young couple or a group of people could make this place a wonderful retreat, of some kind,wellness centre meditation / with spiritual healing as it’s so quite. Ideal lots of scope for making a pool , with beautiful gardens,welldone thank you lads ❤

Thank you Nick and Fernando for the presentation. You guys are the best! I really like how you can convert the 2nd structure for a home. Thinking of the views and working with a blank slate, I'd do a reverse floor plan with the living area and kitchen upstairs with bedrooms down. Exterior insulation, insulate the floor and new roof... sug as a bug. The old house would be worked on over time for family visits and possible rental. Saúde, meu irmão!

The weed with the purple berries us called Poke Weed in the U.S. The berries are quite poisonous.the young leaves are edible only if boiled several times. Not for me.

@@destino2portugal yes right on it but had to stop halfway through but I’ve watched it all now.😊😊 Gosh that over 5 acres to us Brits and a few others 😂😂 that’s going to be some work unless it’s all put to a park style garden perhaps a swimming pool and an fruit orchard I think I’d want to knock the house down and rebuild it and lay it out somewhat better but then I’m a handicapped pensioner I couldn’t afford to do it.😂😂😂

the mainbuilding is a maze 😂 if it was me who bought it i would fix up the 2nd building first. make the top floor a kitchen on front room and combined bed and livingroom in 2nd room. i think the main building would benefit from removing some of the extensions it looks so messy in its current state.
