the only issue is the limited amount of objects u can place for official sims builds (for slower pcs or laptops or whatever)

So excited for this!!! This pack suits your build style so well. Also "sequoia" is pronounced "seh-koi-yah!" The "q" is a very hard "q." It's a type of tree and it's very common in the Bay Area :)

Crazy idea: Could you maybe make a house of mirrors? Like a house that can raise the most vain and evil family? All the walls(internally) are mirrors and it hides the secret stash room(or vault). This how could belong to a successful criminal couple and their evil twin babies.

You are my inspiration to start building like I used to when I was a young simmer. I used to build houses when I was like 11 (now 36) and my friends would say "you didn't build that! They never believed me because at that time it seemed impossible for an 11yr old to build in the sims. So you are my inspiration to start doing what I love to do! Thank you so much!

First off this is gorgeous. Second off when you were talking about not using the pre-order bonus stuff. Apparently as long as the person who downloads the lot has the expansion pack they will still get the items from the pre-order. Even if they don't have them regularly.

I was literally searching for a replacement for the Michaelsons house & EXACTLY as I was doing that ur gallery notification popped up & it was this house 😭❤️ it was SUCH perfect timing for me. Also, would u build 30 x 20 houses in this style to fit in san sequoia? because its actually really hard to find any perfect houses like yours that are longer width at the front of the house (30) instead of 20 at the front. I literally spent HOURS searching for one today to use as a starter family home for my new family & couldnt find one on the gallery that was good enough or fit the lots.

Besides game play this is my least favorite pack when it comes to build and buy. Like I’m a more normal kind of person. I don’t like modern. I like Cats and Dogs type couches, parenthood kitchen counters and base game bathrooms. So I was disappointed. Don’t get me started on if you don’t buy the expansion pack you don’t get a changing table. What is that about!

the leather couch has a matching armchair! It’s leather with wood arms and has the same swatches as the couch. I don’t remember the name but I believe it like grandpas favorite chair.

Your channel was recommended to me a couple days ago and I'm so glad. I am loving your style. The huge mansion for the basketball player was amazing, so I had to come looking if you did one for the new pack and you didn't disappoint. I enjoy how you talk about the logic behind what your doing and what it's for. I agree with you on the lot sizes and love your idea of moving the Michealsons out of the largest lot onto an smaller lot but still giving them a beautiful house & adding Grandpa back into the game. (Like OMG why would they leave him out). I was struggling with that myself b/c I want them in game and for my family to become friends with them. So I'm taking your idea and placing them in your other house LOL. Your builds are beautiful and the use of TexiMex mod (IDK what it's called) is amazing. I can't get the hang if it myself. But I truly enjoy your builds and can't wait to add your homes to my gameplay. My sims will live a happy life in your builds. Thank you for sharing. 💗

Is anyone having issues with the Voidcritter station? My sims can't interact with it at all, when I try to click it there are no options

To make it work, sims need to purchase voidcritter cards from the computer! They can get a single card or a bunch off them, and once impeded then they can train them on the station 🫶🏼

It’s definitely something that you discover slowly I’m finding! I like the new interactions and seeing all the new moodlets, also now love the fact that sims can develop traits over gameplay which I’m unsure if it’s base game or ep based but it’s so much fun & really does add depth to your stories!! 🥰

I've literally been checking RU-vid since the update and new EP came out to see what you'd do and you didn't disappoint! I was a tad.. discouraged? when I noticed the update didn't come with at least a simple changing table. You would think they would, but I've loved the new EP. I LOVE your builds. And I was always wondering why do you put the pink water bottles or other objects around when you put clutter in? You might of answered this before but maybe I missed it? 🤣

Hey! Thank you so much 🥰 the water bottles are purely just to momentarily fill the auto slots on a surface so then I can freely clutter them up without any guidelines!

Thank you!! I used the gravity pull feature in tool, just hold alt and click on the ground in the direction you want it to move! 🫶🏼
