A freshly graded piece of land is almost as satisfying as a fresh cut lawn. My property was a dirt lot for several years while I was excavating and doing tree removal. I loved the way it looked after running the York rake around it. Great job as always Pete!

Oh yeah! It maxes out the ventrac but it handles it pretty good
