Huge Headunit Display by USTopDisplay on the Toyota Rav4 

I have fitted this, there are a few issues. You cannot use the orginal oem GPS/microphone /dab which is a shame as they just need the correct adapters. Also there is noise over the calls that are made. This is caused by a metal plate behind the screen. I took it apart to find that the screws that held the plate were loose and 2 were missing. The foam behind the plate which is meant to stop vibration was not think enough so I added more plus sound deadening to the plate. Android auto also is not reliable, it stops working between 1 and 3 hours.

Is there an update to this video ? Wanted to see how it's been working since the install.

Now since they introduce the new multimedia system for Rav4 2023, I am very interest to see if they can install in 2019-2022 model, if that work I would like to find a used one whenever it comes out

Word of advice to everyone interested. Save your money! The Zlink app for CarPlay barely works for wireless and it doesn’t connect through usb. The screen rattles like crazy when driving. Bluetooth works fine, display looks nice and sound quality is good. So if you don’t care about nav or CarPlay or a rattling noise you’re good to go.

I just installed this unit and I did not like the sound at all. It only gave me more bass than the oem, but the oem's overall sounds seems to be better. And that's with all JBL speakers and complete sound deadening modification.

Some car settings are done using OEM head unit like: interior light time, door unlock pressing FOB unlock, door lock mode, car clock etc. Can you do same settings using Dasaita?

I have RAV4 Lounge serie 2020. I bought the product you showed in your video and follow your excellent presentation. I confirm that this screen is very nice but I would like to have your support about few points : 1) front camera (included in the 360 system) : when the front detection starts during the parking, there is bip but no front view and the “waze" screen jumps to the Card Play menu. My understanding is that the system detects object or move front of a car but as it can not activate the video it jumps to the Car Play menu. did you solve the problem ? Question : Is there a risk of launching of emergency brake ? 2) there is lot of non alignment of the line probably due to screen definition or caracter size, did you solve the problem ? 3) oil pressure : why the oil pressure is not indicated ? did you solve the problem ? 4) Dab radio : what do you propose ? did you solve the problem ? Help needed: I have 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with LED projector beam low headlight. I have search through and through and I can not find replacement LED bulb name (i.e. H11, 9005 as examples) I always like to have a spare in case it burns out. I also like to know the designation of the replacement high beam LED bulb

I forgot to get your name when you did the the first part of this but you did a fantastic job of showing us how the radio was hooked up thank you now one thing that you didn't go over I don't know if this Daihatsu unit does is it a true navigation unit like what you would see on the Limited The Limited has what's called Dynamic navigation and I'm buying a XLE premium vehicle and that does not have Dynamic navigation so this Daihatsu unit does it have navigation like the factory Toyota radio if you can please respond and tell me that I would love to know about this it looks like this Daihatsu unit uses good adapters for the factory radio that Toyota puts in which is good when I watched your video I didn't see you doing the cutting or splicing which I definitely approve of I do not want to do any wiring I just want something that plugs in so I can have a true navigation radio well thank you for doing this video I'd love the way you did it he did a great job .

Can an aftermarket head unit like this add on-board GPS navigation to a Toyota that didn't come from the factory with it? Or is GPS navigation something that has to be built into the car at the factory? My 2023 Rav4 Prime SE doesn't have Navigation built in, and the Android Auto / Bluetooth connectivity is wonky. I try to run Garmin Maps navigation from my phone on the car's headunit, and there are frequent freeze-ups and "Connection Timeout" errors.

"Interesting"...but, since they don't list any specs, it would be a HARD 'no-go' for me. I'm not an "audio snob"...but, I, like many people, do like quality audio. If they refuse to list the audio specs, that will instantly turn off a lot of people.

Don’t buy this . I had this and it only works for 2 months and the screen just turn black and now it’s not working . It’s expensive and I tried to contact the seller to return it and now they are not responding .
