I wish to have you in my city 😁😊❤️❤️here most the workers are men and they took advantage of our zero knowledge in materials and so on but thanks to you we're daring to start projects like this on our own 😬😳😄😄😍
Dont worry, what goes around comes around! Put their bad business deals on social media and follow DIY channels! I've made beautiful updates on my own and I love them all! Good luck!
Best approach is to start doing it yourself - so many great videos online or become a construction worker or even start your own construction company to show them men woman can also do it! lol
I would rather invest into new appliances and a new counter/cabinets fonts if you do not have the budget to I would save up for the things that make a statement, sometimes being cheap is expensive as the paint might scratch as most times it looks unfinished/d.i.y.
Looked fabulous except for the kick plate under the cupboards. That should have either been painted white or better still cut some of the floor vinyl to fit and stick it on.
$1,100 in materials, $5,000 in labor....$6,100 actual cost if you are not doing yourself. Also, will take you at least a week to paint the cabinets by yourself (at least it did for me).
These laminate paints are not durable. Do not bother with them. New tile is a very inexpensive upgrade. DIY painted doors look tacky and unprofessional. If you must, have them resprayed or replace them. The inside of your cupboards should be intact and hygienic - this by far the most important factor, or else it is just false economy to buy 'quick fix' products. If you want a real upgrade, invest in a new stove and extraction fan.
