This is one of the short movies they play @ Comcast Center in Center Philly. According to the web, it is the largest 4 mm LED screen in the world, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Taiwanese beat that already. Still, must be at least one of the biggest ones around... astonishing HD picture quality.
Some of the portions had so much definition that it seemed to jump at you. Just insanely crazy. At first you think they are part of the wall, because the whole screen emulates the background style. Until you see the images flowing through it, it's quite awesome.
If you happen to be at JFK BLVD around 30th street, be sure to go check it out. The stores they have below are also pretty cool. There's supposed to be some sort of garden thingy in the building too, but we were in a hurry and couldn't verify.
