​@@chucklz0724 Yes, that would be nice. It is called consistency. Any changes bring problems. You either adjust the items or the champions. Riot keeps trying to do both. So yes...I'd like the game to be kept the same and only one matter be focused. I'd recommend looking into a game called Eternal Return and compare their champion and item design to league.

yeah I can feel the warmogs atmas impaler in my soul... other items reverted to what there were over 10 years ago like bloodthirster I still find it funny ludens echo got turned from a staff to a gun and renamed ludens companion for no reason... missing wriggles lantern and innervating locket... almost makes me miss gunblade.... almost.... frankly I'm surprised deathfire grasp survived so long before being removed

@@AW2111A yes, and no. the way riot seems to have thought about this on paper, is that theyre gaging "new adc items" against other roles. like they expect an adc to run these crit items on bot and bruisers like garen, darius, illaoi, olaf ... with bloodmail, cleaver, steraks builds on top etc. this is not how this works. if you nerf defense to hell and turn sustained damage to sustained burst, then everyone is going to play/build burst. tryndamere got hyper buffed, so did yi and gangplank. yasuo, yone are going to benefit aswell, and as a garen main im creaming my pants at the thought of rushing stride, zerkers, phantom dancer and upgrading zerkers into zephyr and destroying shit. like that build was already good, and 60% upfront attack speed is crazy. phantom dancer was 200 gold more expensive before, and garen couldnt even use the attack speed from the passive for his spin, since temporary attack speed doesnt work with his e. only permanent as from items which phantom dancer now gives all upfront. now the item is just a massive and cheap stat stick with not a single stat wasted for us. gangplank is going to just build the crit bleed item and spam q poke with the bleed in lane and snowball like crazy. tryndamere has 50% crit chance at level 1/2 with his passive stacked and will win every early all in. honestly, even targeted at ranged bot lane adc, these item buffs go way overboard. the game is going to degenerate into a 1 shot fiesta where ADC are going to kill anything in 3 autos, or theyre going to get bursted by other champions who can use those attack speed/crit items against them. no one who plays anything but an adc or a bruiser/assassin capable of nuking the shit out of adc is going to have fun. even ADC will constantly complain about getting 1 shot with "their" items and being targeted by every burst mechanic conceivable in this game because theyre now absolutely THE priority target by everyone. ADC have been kept relatively weak for good reason. those metas tend to be extremely toxic.

yes you said it right, Riot adjusted it after 5s in combat instead of 7s which a buff not nerf, and this item doesn't have a cooldown either.

@@Bibiel200 tanks are still assassins, so no difference. Majority of tanks are doing as much damage as a carry role when building only defensive items

It got buffed to compensate for the loss of ingenious hunter, which would have lowered it to 5 seconds anyways - so now it's as strong as before while not forcing you to take a whole rune to make it strong

@@rike971 new phantom dancer on garen is going to be fun. the old one was already part of the meta build (stride + zerkers + pd) even though it was sub par item since the passive attack speed didnt give spins. now, its just a massive stat stick 200 gold cheaper AND more effective since those entire 60% as are going into the spin. on top of that, you get to upgrade zerkers to zephyr.

The item was a problem when it was coupled with ingenious hunter. So its probably a compensation for that being removed now.

Thats how they've always treated the class. Every time an adc does acceptably with any non crit items riot gutts the champion and then ductaped a crit ratio into their kit. Xayah, caitlyn, sivir building lethality. The list goes on endlessly.

@@Morecado It feels like while trying to make crit better it gets worse on ashe. If you think about it she always misses the crit on the first hit and follows up with weak crits after swapping targets. Unless you can lead with W but that's not always possible.

you have the 6% cashback which is basically the same, legendary items cost like 3k gold so you get 180 gold off of each item. Plus the 50 gold not being taxed so you actually get 190 gold off of each item

If they pick a adc top you pick a mage top if you are not confident in your melee tops. If yer gonna pick a pure melee top like garen then you need to ask for last pick in champ select and run phase rush, ghost, and flash. Grow, adapt, overcome instead of whining. I literally make ranged top lanes go 0/12 everytime i'm garen top lane in diamond 2.

I do not think only adc's will buy the upgrade boots. Champs like ysuo,yone, yi, azir maybe, etc can updrage the botos to 6th item after lvl15 instead keeping it only boots. Actually it was annnoying when i was full item to not have 6th item, now we can say the boots are like a 6th item with more ms and as, idk.

well, zephyr build into champs that used lethal tempo, I think it's good, lethal tempo worked from lvl 1, if they are changing it at least we have zephyr at lvl 15, maybe it will cause games to last longer by doing that

nope, it had the sheen passive and returned 40% of its damage as mana, now it has flat mana per basic attack like it did in the old days.
