The burgundy dress was 🔥 on you!!! Amazing 🤩 We have a similar body shape and size and have been on the same journey with our bodies this year, so its been great watching along
Ware golden jewlery with the seccond dress, perfect color for the Hollydays. Like a winred/ fushia party. It suits you Love the first one for work. I feel the same about shapeware. Only ware it for very special occasions. I love long flowy skirts. I love a classic black suitpant/trouser. Your video s are perfect as they are Trina-Louise xxx
Really enjoying these hauls this week. I really love that you don’t wear shape wear and you are always so honest on your videos. It was definitely a reason why I started and continue to watch you xx
The second burgundy dress looked really good on you. I don't know if you know this but if you have a dryer you can take a wrinkled item put it in dryer with some pieces of ice or spritz the item with water and dry it and the wrinkles come out. I am like you and hate ironing and am not goof at it so I love finding other ways to get wrinkles out.
I honestly think a small investment in shapewear could be life-changing for you ❤ when the clothes fit better, you feel more comfortable not less. I have a pair of Shapermint high waisted shorts which would be just the thing for that gorgeous green slip dress.
Thanks for sharing another fab clothing haul! Also love the sound of your Christmas Eve set up! Ps you look like you’re doing amazingly with the weight loss journey 😊
Honestly shape wear as come on leaps and bounds...Used to be horrible... It now gives me loads of confidence....That dress would look stunning with shape wear I promise.....I remember it used to be horrible not anymore....xxx
The burgundy shirt dress looked much better on you than the black and white one. The colour suited you perfectly. Also the black and white ones pattern made your tummy look bigger
I wish they would do jumper dresses with V neck Love the black dress but it looked a bit gappy round the top at the buttons. The first 2 dresses looked nice on you.
The flap on the black belt can be made perfect with a snap. Easy to see on. I’m love the first. Mack and white dress on you, but wasn’t a fan of the same dress in the plump. But it did look nice on you! You have such great taste in clothes.
Shapewear has come a long way, that black dress with shapewear will look really good on you, there's so many to choose from, I buy from shaper mint, really comfortable and you don't feel like a sausage, stay away from spanx, those make you feel like a sausage, I only use them if I'm going some place special, it's not something I would wear with jeans, leggings, slacks, especially if I'm home! Honey Love and Skims have nice shapewear!
Hi Trina Louise Loved this haul. Like the second dress on you colour looked so good on you. Liked the skirt, the striped trousers looked good on you also. I thought the stripes on the trousers looked a bit odd cause they weren't lined up properly. But you did look great in them. Xx
I've never worn shape wear. It looks far too restrictive. At the end of the day it's down to whatever makes YOU feel good - we either choose to disguise our problem areas or we don't see them as a problem!
Sticky back Velcro for that belt! Easy peezy. I’m having such a hard time finding a Christmas outfit that speaks to me. I’m down 35 lbs. hopefully 45 by Christmas. I want blingy but that’s all I know. Nothing has wow’d me this year.😕Shapewear is much more comfortable than it used to be to be. That green dress would be perfect with it. It’s a beautiful dress.
I thought the plum dress was a great color for you. The belt on the black dress can be made to stay down with double sided tape. Check online for something called fashion tape. I firmly agree with the no shape wear rule. I really liked the satin dress on you, but I do think the bottom half was too tight. I'd go a size up and have the top taken in for a better fit.
I find shapewear to be just painful! The funny thing is I am heavier now than I have ever been (currently almost 14 stone and a size 16/18) and last time I wore shapewear I was actually 3 stone lighter! And it still made my stomach and body hurt and ache!
Do you have the ability to get Shepermint there. It is a online shapewere company. They have great pieces and they don't squeeze you to much. I have got a tank and a bra from them and they are great. I am not a lover of the squeeze most give so I understand you. The tank is also really long so for us with hanging tummies can wear them and they don't roll like most others do.
You can get comfortable shape wear. I still never wear it. If I don't like something on me without shapewear, I just don't buy it. To each their own though.
Shapewear does little to sweet eff all on an apron tum as i have one and some shapewear its not for me either id rather get another dress that fits better …… tights do the same thing as shapewear just wear them comfier and you dont have to dread emptying your bladder on a night out
I hope you don't take this as negative criticism, as that is not my intention, but I think you might be due for a professional bra fitting. Your body has changed so much with all of your hard work that the current bra is not filling her boots anymore! It would really change the way things are fitting you. Said with loads of love from one girl to another.
My view: f shapewear. I’m not going to be that uncomfortable for such a small result. I think people wear it for themselves, others just don’t really care about such a small difference, and I don’t think it’s worth it for me. If it makes you feel better then I’m all for you wearing it, but it’s not for me.
F shape wear. Please don’t waste your money. Expensive, ugly and uncomfortable. I want to see clothes that make people happy, not stuff that has them scrutinising their body and looking for imperfections.
