I feel like the ace leader has the most potential, but theres no 5 cost Blue Ace, Luffy, or Sabo Cards, So your draw power will be more limited

Wait a moment, with Luffy leader you can't add from faceup Life to hand with effects either? So you can't, for example, use Hiyori or Yamato to draw those Faceup life cards?

No you can't, but what you can do is use Luffy leader ability to put 2 5c black Sabo into life then play 8c Geko Moria, Moria effect to play 2 of the 2c Sabo. Then activate both 2c Sabo to play both 5c sabo from life. So in 1 turn you get to play out 2 5c Sabo 1 8c Geko Moria. Cycle 4 cards, prevent effect ko until your next turn and make your leader 9k until the end of the opponents turn.

@@BrutalAsKittens Yeah i've seen that and it's definitely a good play, it just sounds weird to me that you can't get faceup cards from Life to hand via an effect considering a few lists that made good results in the east are running Hiyori

@theduelist92 tbh I'm glad they can't, yellow has enough ways to play with life without have the ability to cycle their grave back to hand or add more triggers to their life.

@@BrutalAsKittens I almost agree, Y and B have so much going for them moving forward, but it still sounds weird that you can't manipulate those lives, it actively cuts on the synergies you could have in an unsatisfying way.

You really wouldnt want to anyway. The whole point of BY Luffy is to summon those face up cards from life anyway, so putting them back in your hand would be counter-productive.
