Wow that is a heavy haul. #robinking I picked up the first Metal omnibus but undecided about the Death Metal Omnibus. Maybe the deluxe edition would be a cool entry point.
Transmetropolitan is probably one of the best graphic novels ever written. Ellis is a phenomenal writer, he knows how to create epic, legendary characters that will stay in your head 'till the very end. Have fun with it :)
If looking at someone's haul makes you spend your life savings to catch up, you have deeper life problems than buying comics. That being said, I'm super jealous ahaha. I am DC gal so alot of these are right up my alley. BUT, I will wait for sales and stick to my budget. Great video as always dude 😊

@@TBATB if that’s your choice but it will probably be a waste of time considering the Vol 1 reprint doesn’t line up with the new printing of Vol 4. If you want it I would just buy it. They seem to have forgotten the dimensions for every new volume
I have seen people say and show pics on Reddit of Invincible Library Vol 3 being a different size than the other volumes! I’m waiting for the reprint which hopefully is solicited soon!
OK, finally finished watching the whole thing ! First off, All-Star Superman was my first Absolute as well. Turns out I did get an Absolute before it, but I thought I was simply getting the hardcover of some seriously over-sized comics I'd already owned. But, the DC Absolute All-Star Superman was the first Absolute I bought, knowing it was an Absolute Edition at the time of purchase. Also, once you're done showing Jess what's what, by finishing the Silver Age Superman Omni, I'll gladly take it off your hands if you're still not into by then.
DAMN IT! I didn't know that Green Arrow had a nice collection like that. I got the first two Paperbacks. Fun haul. Why do you hate Black and White art, though?
I love physically owning books, but some books are so large. I can really only read them alone in my office at my desk. The nice thing about having comics on my iPad as I can lay on the couch next to my wife and cats while we watch TV and read comics next to her.

the hate you got today on reddit for "clickbaitng" or whatever they claimed for posting your vid without a clear indication of exactly what you bought was dumb as hell, Imo those subreddit mods are just being pricks about it. but id watch whether or not you show the spines in the thumbnail or not so it makes no difference to me. keep up the good work man! :)

i don't agree with the hate however i think you should diversify your content, hauls are cool but if that is just all your doing, it will eventually get stale, that how the MANGA collecting side of youtube kinda died, talk about your fav stories and don't say oh they won't get views because that is factually wrong, people talk about diff dc and marvel characters and their stories and they get views, you just gotta try and get good at those type of videos and they will get views
I come from a very poor background and I am lucky to buy 1 omnibus a month. Seeing posts like this make me so sad. Of course you buy and buy and buy! Do you read? Maybe, but it disgusts me how addict some consumers are.
