I loved Anais Anais back in the 80s, it was my first proper perfume and I used it all up! The main scent is lily, maybe that's why it makes you think of graveyards! However it's out of production and when I last smelt a bottle of it several years ago, it smelled different and very musty. How sad.

I loved using my Mother's Estee! I loved Toi Jem Moi (too jem Wha) by Corday - hard to find now...think by Dana now. So many I loved...Opium, Poison, Must de Cartier, Joy, my Mother wore Chanel #5...so many.

I always layer fragrances because some aren't as strong as others and they complement each other. Two I always layer are Escada's Cherries in the Air with B&BW Carried Away.

my fav fragrance is a perfume a friend of mine made (yes she makes perfumes) and she named it "vintage baby" because it's kind of like a heavy but light scent. it sticks on you for awhile so you don't have to keep reapplying it. i like it like that. it's in a bottle we "put together" ourselves. looks like an old designer perfume bottle with some old lace and ribbons around it and a tiny doll arm attatched to it

Have you ever tried any of the Avon fragrances? I recommend trying the Rare Amethyst and Imari fragrances, for sure, and I HIGHLY recommend Haiku Kyoto Flower. That one is probably the best perfume I've ever smelled in my life, and I actually find it to be very therapeutic.

When I go to new York to visit family I always go to the Macys and every big department store and get the samples of EVERY perfume. I have Paris Hilton, viva la juicy, guess, Este Lauder, and so so much more. =] my perfume cabinet is huge

Your perfume collection you mentioned you like musk aromas please try my favorite and it's been around a long time it is ... Jovan white musk which is a light aroma but lasts or a heavier is the regular Jovan musk. They both actually intensify in the heat of the day. My name is Sam but female.

I own the Harajuku Lovers fragrance, the blue one and I love it so much! I bought the mini one at first, loved it, and went and bought the full sized one, so now I have both. Haha, I keep the mini one at my boyfriend's so when I'm there I have something to smell nice.

I have sooo many smell memories, when I was younger my dad bought this massive box of just one brand of shampoo and the matching conditioner, and now the smell of that shampoo always reminds me of like my childhood.

Miss Bunny, my signature fragrance is Angel by Thierry Mugler. They also make a fragrance called Alien, which I'm not too particularly fond of. Everyone has the same response to Angel, either you love it or despise it lol

My fav fragrance : Curious by Britney Spears (I know, I know). But I really like Tahitian gardenia by Pacifica, Pink from Victoria Secret (I think that's the name) and Sensuous Nude by Estée Lauder

You gotta try Thierry Mugler fragrances! my top three from Mugler are: Alien: A sort of musky/grape smell, Angel: Musky floral with sweet notes(also has chocolate), and Womanity:Smokey floral notes with a hint of citrus( and has caviar in it too)!

The Harajuku Lovers Lil Angel scent is my favourite perfume - I barely use it so that I won't run out for so long, it's gorgeous! I tend to prefer fruity perfumes, I don't really like floral ones.

Always loved Beautiful, never smelled Estee. I love that first Vera Wang I wore it forever in my twenties. Chanel Chance is amazing and is my current/last 5 years scent I think you would also like Estee's Tuscany per Donna which I wore all through HS and is that strong "Old" smell you spoke of. Also, my Grandma more Jean Patou's Joy which is about as classy and old school as it gets and also holds oodles of lovely memories for moi. Thanks for sharing your stinks! :)
