Well Alfred decided to show a few of the segments leading up to the Olympic sighting as they seemed both prophetic and ironic. I was walking from the car to THE spot and reflecting about how nice a day it had already been and anticipating what might happen but never ever expecting the action about 7 minutes later.
And as Alfred pointed out with after fish segments, I certainty had time to reflect the entire day about that 40 second excitement.
And ‘that was no rat grandpa, that was a mouse’, story certainly fit the bill as ‘that was no brown trout!’
And you know, that big guy is there for next season.
Thanks Alfred for filling in the catch with pre and post thoughts about the day. I still laugh and smile when I see the speed and strength of that fish.
