おじちゃんの お元気そうな声が聞けてすごく嬉しかったです。 30年ぶり おじちゃんの優しい声が聞けて涙が出ました。 おばちゃん元気かな❓　 皆さん、元気かな❓ もう会えないと思っていたので この時代RU-vidでお姿が見れたことに感謝です。

どの料理動画を見たら、美味しそうですね。😀。海鮮あんかけ焼きそば。僕はこの料理が大好物です。😃✌️。

調理場が綺麗　まな板が綺麗　包丁が切れる　手際がいい　仕込みに無駄がない‼️　遠い　食べてみたい店ですね

何事も下準備、仕込みが仕事の七割だと実感させられる。丁寧な仕事が大事だなぁ！ 美味しい訳だよね。

早朝からの丁寧な仕込み、開店と同時のノンストップの鍋ふり。スタッフの息のあった動き。オードブルやお持ち帰り(お弁当？)の対応。全てが素晴らしい😂実際に食べている方が、羨ましい😃これからも、皆さんに愛されるお店であり続けるでしょう🎉お疲れ様です。

昔はカウンターがあって、そこから大将の仕事ぶりを見ることが出来たんだけど、久しぶりに厨房の中を見れました。 今は亡き親父からの常連ですが、親父は店の名前を『チャンピオン』と間違えて覚えていましたよ。笑

懐かしい！ まだやっておられたんですね。 嬉しくなりました。

It's got to easily be one of the hardest jobs on the planet to run and operate a successful restaurant. I love how this culture is so respectful of their customers. The owner has been doing this for 48 years! I have so much respect for him.

Kudos to the older man, the owner, for such amazing work ethic (he’s not that much older than me). I enjoyed watching this immensely, and perhaps it reminds me of my years working in restaurants as a young man (15-20 years old).

I want to go and eat here!!! great to watch how they cook, can't stop watching. Chinese noodle bowl I would love to try, everything looks good anyway.

I'm absolutely amazed at the skill of the cooks and staff and everyone's ability to keep track of all the orders! I tried working in kitchens when i was younger, but it was all too overwhelming and stressful for me! I was afraid of the work while watching this video! These guys are amazing!
