Hopefully Mike realizes that his freedom is more important than some 🐱. Kids or no kids, NO female is ever worth your freedom or your kids, ever. Just walk away. Thousands of guys learn this lesson every day, and unfortunately, a large number of those guys keep going back for more. When it gets to the point where your freedom is taken away and the police are involved, it’s time to call it quits and just treat the whole situation as simply a bad business decision. Gotta take the emotions out of it tho, bcuz when you think with your emotions, nothing good comes of that. They ain’t worth it. Sincerely, A guy who learned his lesson and did NOT end up in jail.
Any law that results in loss of citizen owning firearms is an unconstitutional, illegal, legislation. Remember that oath to defend the constitution from enemies foreign AND domestic? But then we just accept it as normal that a felony conviction can take away your God given rights which the constitution states no government can ever take away your God given rights. We swore an oath but none of us live by it. We just served a corrupt government controlled by bought civilian politicians owned by the highest bidder bribing them via lobbyists. And we quickly turn on our brothers in arms over accusations reported by government news media and corrupt government admin. May the Lord Christ Jesus of Nazareth return soon to take His children home cause I'm over it. I drank the Kool aid but my eyes been opened for too long. God bless SgtMajor Mike Glover.
What? A woman says some things she didn't mean in order to punish her significant other? No way! I've literally NEVER heard of that happening! (Sarcasm). He needs to lose that woman ASAP.
A necessary evil as far as I’m concerned. I was in a relationship with a woman who already had a child, and I considered her my child as well. But after several similar issues, I decided it was best to just walk away and literally never look back. That was 15 years ago, and the truth is I walked away from arrests, jail time and felonies Scott free which I know would have happened if I would’ve stayed with them.. I do however still miss the stepdaughter that I should have had.
@@angeldesigns1385 I 100% relate to what you're saying. I was dating a Canadian woman with a 3-year-old daughter, but slowly realized that she had some problems, some related to hygiene, that I just couldn't get past. She also had a daughter, about 3 years old, who absolutely adored me and I her. Wherever I went she would follow me and would always sit with me… Almost never with her mother… cuddle up and fall right to sleep. She literally never spoke a word the 6 months we were together, so I think there was some trauma there. The mother severely lacked parenting skills and her daughter had behavioral problems, some of which I solved in 24 hours, even though I never had children and had a pretty crappy upbringing, with no good examples to pull from. Anyway, when they went back to their apartment in Canada, she told me her daughter went to every room, apparently looking for me, which broke my heart. That was 25 years ago and I still feel a sense of loss over that… a child that wasn't even mine… and think about her often. The only consolation I have is that her mother did learn a few parenting skills from me and their relationship improved significantly. She began to talk a lot after that, also. I can only hope that she grew up okay and is happy now. I still miss her, though, and part of me still regrets breaking it off, but only for the sake of her daughter. She needed stability and I feel like I let her down.
Her intentions WERE to cause as much damage to him as possible. This is the modern woman's MO. There's zero repercussions for their actions when they do this.
You can't lose the mother of your kids. She just had a baby and that really messes up your hormones. You feel sad, lonely, depressed, hurt and you don't know why but it's frustrating and you do stupid things, say stuff you don't mean. It's really hard to self-control. She needs help. She can be fixed and so can he. They need to quit "hoping", these issues will resolve with time, and manage them earlier and better.
@GFC-oe4sl No they are not a closed document state Under the Utah Court Record Rule (4-202.02), criminal court records not sealed or expunged are public records, and can be viewed, inspected, and copied by citizens pertinent to their rights.
I personally had seen some comments on reddit and youtube from people claiming to be anonymous neighbors who had bad dealings with him. Super non descript slander. The kind of thing that adds fuel to this sort of fire. But you have to ask yourself, who really follows a neighbor you don't get along with on youtube and in reddit so you can post stuff like that? This is likely all just psy-ops. Mike has been targeted by the FBI at the very least, makes sense you'd get some FEDs in the youtube chats claiming to be anonymous neighbors who would elude to having violent interactions with him.
Cops are taught to create "friendly" conversation to the point that you think they'll let you go despite what you've done, then use everything you said against you.
They are also trained to creep up quietly so they can listen for some sort of evidence against you....yes on ur property and through closed gates etc...pray ur girl doesn't have a red mark visible cuz you go to jail regardless... great system ❤️🇺🇲
hence your Miranda rights literally saying "Anything you say can and will be used against you." According to Rossen Law, you do not have to be charged, detained, arrested for Miranda rights to being to apply, but they also apply when police are interrogating you. Mike, on paper, willingly went to the police to allow them to interrogate him. Sure, mike thought it was just a friendly conversation to give his side of the story, but a cops job isnt to have empathy towards one side or another, its to investigate. Mike should have just kept his mouth shut

Unfortunately they do that shit all the time, it’s called up-charging. They do it so they can then try and get the defendant to plea down to charges that are actually the realistic ones to begin with.
@@ValhallaVFT Up charging is when the crime fits the letter of the law, but the lesser charge is easier to convict on when considering jury sympathies like what if this happened to me or gee, a felony for that one thing seems a little harsh. Hence this is why they get down charged at pleas because if the defense knows they would be lucky to beat the higher charge but don't want the risk, they really don't want to take the chance when the jury is given the option of deciding the more serious charge, lesser charge, or not guilty. As long as the investigation and facts fit the letter of the law, the appropriate charge should be used and most agencies specifically have written policies saying if probable cause for a felony exists, or domestic violence charge, or DUI, the officer must file the charge and let the court system play it out. To intentionally do a shoddy investigation to file a charge that one knowingly does not fit is crime just about everywhere. That would also violate the law regarding exculpatory evidence that if the officer knows the evidence is making allegations less reliable or is beneficial to the accused, they have they have to disclose it.
As a vet that has been falsely accused, I am quite relieved to learn that Mike is cleared of at least the felonies. The obvious loser in all this is the kid, as usual. For me, the biggest lessons here are to be very very careful about who you choose as a partner and coparent. Additionally, be very cautious when dealing with the government. In all the material I have seen from Mike, he comes across as quite ethical and I was surprised by the initial story. Domestic violence is never OK. Neither are false allegations. Be safe out there folks and treat each other as well as situations allow.
Sadly ppl like that, many many times, hide their issues until its too late and your already invested in the relationship every way possible. Sometimes you just don't see it coming until its too late..
Correction, " False Narrative " is normal in D.O.J. This is the "GREY ARE" THEY USE TO WEAPONIZE D.O.J. 🫡 THIS IS WHY WE HAVE A DONKEY & PONY SHOW IN AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. 🫣
I too have been falsely accused and went through hell for almost 6 months even though my girlfriend at the time who was actually just pissed off with me because I was breaking up with her went to the courthouse the very next day and told them that none of that situation happened and that she was coached by the officers on what to put in her statement it still took 6 months for me to get the charges dropped that were picked up by the state it's a real crappy situation and the fact that your event also can play against you in certain situations like that because they say veterans or people with PTSD are more apt to actually commit violence so it's a catch-22 being a veteran and getting charged with anything like that
I was a self-employed private investigator for a long time, and I can tell you right now that trying to assign rational thought to any aspect of the legal system or CPS or the police is often a Fool's errand. Disorder and irrationality guide the entire American criminal Injustice system.
In my state let me tell you what it don’t fucking matter what she says if police show up for a domestic and one party drops charges the state picks it up. He might be out of jail but he’s going to have to prove himself in court
I'm a retired Deputy and domestic violence investigator and i don't know what's going with LEOs these days but obviously standards have been lowered and the mentality of younger officers are ridiculous.
I am a 30 yr vet retired Senior Sgt. w/ a half a ton of these under my belt. Also almost lost my right eye, surgeries , lost two friends. Not a cool thing to say? They are constantly in danger and it goes back to their training. DV’s are often fluid investigations meaning statements change , evidence changes (like the door) . What I as an investigator looks for is agreement among the DA’s office, Defense team, CPS, and us like “well ok this appears to hv been not the animal that was originally let loose? So charges are adjusted and all eyes are on Mike? Just because Mike said it’s so does not mean it’s so? She is the victim still? However ; the system I can bet is a bit afraid of Mike & his background? The def want his guns & misdemeanor DV can get ALL your guns! Both need to focus on that Child shove all this aside as best they can and zero in on that Child’s needs !
Man, people really went out of their way to trash this man while only hearing 1 side of the story. So sad how people can just hear what ever and just run with that. I'm glad this got worked out and I hope everyone involved gets their Domestic issues sorted out. Toxic relationships are just that, toxic and no good for anyone, especially children.
I won't say that I hate to be devil's advocate , because I really don't mind , but we all know that it's not uncommon for women to attempt saving the relationship or their baby daddy's freedom by recanting their statement . What I'm saying is that her diligence after the fact isn't necessarily unequivocal proof that none of this happened. Maybe none of it happened. Maybe some of it happened . Maybe all of it happened. We're all just onlookers who have no clue and I don't know how we could come to some conclusion either way.
So disgusting. I commented on a lot of those videos, calling out their bullshit. One of the channels names was something to the effect of, ‘Women are always right.’ Lol, and it was a guy (a simp) and a woman making a dozen videos as soon as it happened without any real information. Clowns 🤡😂

@@Mr50403lol bro it doesn’t matter, you have the right to destroy your own property be it that your mad or not. Was it right probably not. But it not illegal. It just other way for cops to rack charges.
While breaking your own objects by themselves isn't a crime, breaking items and objects, like a door, in a heated verbal altercation, while in the home, is considered by law, Domestic Violence. But, we don't have all the facts still.
As a former sof guy with a misdemeanor dv conviction, I can tell you that a misdemeanor still carries the penalty of a loss of firearm rights for life. The legal system doesn't care. With diagnosed and yet to be regulated ptsd, they threw the book at me instead of working with me to rehabilitate me. Now, 13 years later, completely regulated and sane, I still cannot possess a firearm. I still lose out on job opportunities. I still have problems renting a house, etc. This country doesn't care about us or that we put everything on the line to defend them.
Had to get cops involved twice to try to protect me and my kids from a crazy EX. All they wanted to do was arrest me. Lost my respect for the cops and the court system. Forever.!
I faced a misdemeanor dv charge with a bipolar addict ex girlfriend right at the start of covid, and was on the legal train for almost 2 years due to court dates not being held. They don’t look highly on us vets. I was able to beat the charge by a miracle, but lost nearly everything in the process. This girl straight up threatened to falsely accuse me of beating her several times when she was drunk. Absolute nightmare, and it’s crazy how many other guys in these comments have experienced this.
NEVER talk to the cops without a lawyer! Exercise your right to remain silent! People are law enforcement supporters until they arrest you and embellish the arrest report. Bet he’s not so trusting of cops after this!
Mike Glover is obviously stupid. He thought he could buddy pal with the cops and get them to believe him. He failed miserably. He should have shut his stupid mouth.
@@IndianaJoe0321 I had a near miss with jail (one year) bc of fictitious police report, and it was just a minor car accident. Folks, this is happening all over the country, all the time. They wreck people because they can. I don’t know what Mike did or didn’t do. But I do know cops and prosecutors like to tag team irrespective of actual facts.
The officer wrote her statement. She exaggerated. I'm sure the officer also took photo's of the bathroom door. The way this works is the officer makes the DV arrest. The filing DA gets the case and decides what initial charges to file. The case is then assigned to the DA that will be responsible for at least the initial part of the court process. This is the DA that dropped and reduced the charges, probably due to the uncooperative victim. In my experience 80% of domestic violence victims recant their story and become uncooperative at some point in the process. Children and family services became involved when the victim claimed she had a mental health crisis that ultimately resulted in a violent incident. It doesn't sound like anyone is trying to railroad Glover into prison. This is the way the justice system is supposed to work when confronted with new facts. If Mike is wise, he won't continue this relationship with his girlfriend beyond matters pertaining the welfare of their common child.
That’s how this works!!! If a victim of DV calls the police and we arrive 9/10 we would take someone to jail. If the victim that initiated the call is female and upon arrival she has no visible injuries we can photograph. We will ask said victim to write up a statement. This will than be submitted to the DA , we would still arrest the suspect/ offender.
@@erichansen7377 it usually is when the batterer makes all the bread and provides for the victim. Once things settle down and they have a chance to think of the consequences of their initial statements to law enforcement, they realize that their ATM card is about to be turned off.

@@ChristinaHauser” They don’t just charge people for fun…” Some percentage absolutely love putting people in irons. I’ll let you psycho-analyze why that might be…
About 15 yrs ago I was charged with sexual harassment/stalking at work. A female coworker framed me because I had told her husband that she'd cheated on him(which was true). At the trial, before I was acquitted, it became glaringly obvious that she was lying, and that the affair had not just happened, but had gone on for years. It was so bad that her attorney stormed out on her as soon as it ended. The arresting officer approached me afterwards and apologized for charging me. He said that she'd completely convinced him with her tears, and he asked me if I would forgive him(I know, I know... he was a rookie). I told him that I would, but he had to tell every cop that he met about how he'd been TOTALLY tricked by a beautiful woman just because she was crying. It wasn't to humiliate him, but rather to spread the lesson around. I believed him when he agreed to do it. I once worked with another woman who had her boyfriend charged with rape, after they'd had consensual sex, because he'd said "hi" to his ex-gf on the street and lied about not seeing her. He couldn't post bail and was in jail for 2 1/2 months before they dropped the charges. I had a friend whose girlfriend (and the mother of his infant daughter) got wasted on vodka one night while he was at work. When he got home she flew into a jealous rage over the women that he worked with - he was completely faithful. She hurt herself in several ways by staggering around drunkenly, but she smashed her own face into the wall on purpose. Then she called the cops and reported DV... and by the way, he has a gun. He did indeed have one, in its box in the bedroom closet. You can imagine how that went down when the police arrived. He sat in jail until the next afternoon, when she woke up, sobered up, and called to drop the charges. His face ended up looking worse than hers thanks to the brilliant "super hero" cop who'd taken it upon himself to mete out a little justice in the name of protecting women. I have more, but that'll do for now... So, there was this girl who'd just turned 18(I was about 23), and her lesbian gf wanted to make collect calls to my house from prison... maybe next time. 🙀👭
As a woman who has known real cases of abuse I want to let you know I think women who pull this kind of stuff need serious consequences. Arrest records are not always easy to get expunged and can follow a guy for a long time. That next time story sounds interesting though. Stay safe.
Years ago I was working at clients office. He sexually harassed me so I called my boss and told him to tell the guy to BACK OFF or I was going to take care of it myself. My boss called him and the guy he never came near me again.
It is enough of a struggle to able to communicate with a partner that is close to your age. I think it would be almost impossible with this age difference. Not fair to either party. Female doesn't have sufficient age experience and male needs mature emotional support. I wish them both the best but hope Mike realizes he needs to get a clear head about this. I can tell he is very emotional about this, which we all understand. Please don't step back into it without really thinking it through or it will repeat itself with more dire consequences. Seek advice from couples whom you respect.
Great coverage Nate🤙!! As former federal LE, where I spent 5 1/2+ years as a Long Term(deep) Undercover Operative, involved in child endangerment/human trafficking investigations, my only question is if Mike Glover is still in jail, WHY?!?!? Based on the charges that you posted, though I'm not familiar with Utah laws, however this should be a ROR case, if the tampering/breaking the "No Contact" order are out, nothing more, or if any misdemeanor domestic violence charges bring a monetary bond, $1000/10%, tops. Regarding Child Services initially big footing the case, without knowing the timing of things along with the communication with the prosecution, this could have been the state's below the belt reaction to the GF changing her story and basically mirroring Mike's. This happens often in DV cases and is why many states have passed laws that allow the state to move forward with charges if evidence do not support the wife/GF's redaction/change of story. That they bypassed immediate family, in this case the grandparents, this leads me to believe that this was a lil retribution and a passive 🖕 to Mike's GF on her redaction. Your initial post was spot on and was actually the finest video that I watched on this matter, as I DON'T GIVE A FLYIN FVCK WHO YOU ARE, if you are involved in an incident that requires Law Enforcement intervention, the first AND ONLY WORDS outa your mouth after you acknowledge that ya understand Miranda, are, "MAY I PLEASE SPEAK WITH MY ATTORNEY?" LE may not ask you ANYTHING after you ask for or state that you want to speak to your attorney. Not to nitpick, though the property damage charge could stay even if the door was not broken down, if the door was rendered "inoperable" or unsafe without repair. Cosmetic damage doesn't count though if the door would not function properly/safely without repair, then they can still hang that on Mike though that's a bullsh!t charge when taken in the whole context of this case and should be dropped. For ANYONE watching this video, Nate's first video is spot on, and that goes for myself and any current or former LE personnel. I cannot tell you how many times that I have seen LE personnel basically do what Mike did, and it hurt them legally EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I don't care if the LE individual is your BFF, blood relative or fellow LE peer, in their capacity they have a sworn duty to gather evidence, and it is almost always going to be used against you, including your words!! Have a Great Weekend Gents🍻 Continued Success Brotha👊 RP

Thanks for the update! It's a bad situation all around. The public opinion of him has already been put out there. Also, the state sounds like they screwed up a lot. A misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence would place an individual under the Lautenberg Act. It’s a federal act that prohibits anyone convicted of misdemeanor or felony DV from possession, use, ownership or transport of firearms.
I passed mine was MP 31B, 31C, 31E, 31D and 31Bv5, SRT MO, PSD and was ARNG, IRR, USAR and ADSW. I had higher clearance, high level positions and multiple back to back to back to back deployments.
Great update, thanks for that. Prayers to Mike and his family stay strong. Please pass onto him Happy Fathers Day in a world that is defiantly against Men and their role.
A man in America should not loose his gun rights are any other rights per the constitution for this bs. If he is convicted send him to jail and when he gets out he should be a free man.
The constitution grants the the power of felony disenfranchisement to the states under the reserved powers clause. Not all states have the same rules on those who commit felonies and their rights. The constitution is not being violated.
I hadn’t heard about any of this until today with his update on IG (I think it was IG) about it. Either way-thanks for doing this video. I’m glad things are working out for him!
Thanks for the update. I hate that DV is really tricky to navigate and still carries a loss of your rights. How a law can be a misdemeanor but carries a lifelong felony penalty, and is treated by police policy as “arrest is the preferred response” is crazy! Bc cops have to make the arrest by policy (in most cases)- and because of that, someone instantly battles whether or not they have the right to defend themselves and their families ever again. But its still just a misdemanor, 11 mo 29 days. So its not serious enough for prison, but its serious enough to change your God given rights to protect yourself and your family. WIlD
Thanks for getting the facts out battle. Its a shame to see others using this as click bait just accusing Mr. Glover of crazy accusations with no evidence. I'm just a vet and a RU-vid fan and to see this happen to one our finest is just ludicrous.
If he is convicted of the misdemeanors of a domestic violence nature he will still be banned from owning and operating firearms, even though they are just misdemeanors. It’s critical they not be classified as domestic violence if he’s going to keep his business.
Doesn't need any domestic violence aspect actually. Any class B misdemeanor that can carry over 2yr of jail sentence will now strip someone of their firearms accessibility thru NICS. Non violent offenses as well. The federal government is coming for our guns via backdoor infringements. Most people have no idea.
You said part of the good news is that the family can stay together. Obviously as outsiders, we don't have every detail but I feel like Mike needs to distance himself from that. Crazy is going to stay crazy. The "I can save her" attitude will always result in prison.
Just my opinion but it may be in his favor to tread carefully with her for a while till all this court business is done. Whatever that takes within reason and then if her mental issues are real and not addressed......transition from to whatever custody agreement fits. She's putting on the brakes when her power move turned off weekend vacations with billionaire friends instead of just controlling what she wanted to control.
@@dangoodwin5954 Exactly man. I’ve gone through what Mike has here and getting back on good terms and treading VERY carefully until the legal train is over is the only clean way out of this. I had to play pretend with my ex for over a year walking on glass and balancing on a razor blade before my case got dropped. Would not have happened if we weren’t on good terms to advise her that not going to court would be the only way we could live a normal life.
