He has the best smile at 2:29:) I met one of my celebrity crushes. I am not sure how it went exactly. My mum told me to hurry up. I told her repeatedly I was nervous, trying to get her to shut up. it didn't work. The guy talked to me for 3 hours though. No one was at his booth, so we just talked about his band, sisters, his music, sports, and video games.

I'm fairly sure she would have known of him because he was already a big deal from the first X-Men movie. _X-Men_ was his only screen credit in 2000 but he did 3 movies including the one with Travolta in 2001 so he definitely had celebrity status by then.

My high school physics teacher focused only on teaching us all of the cool, incredible, mind blowing aspects of physics and graded us not on our ability to perfectly regurgitate the information on a test, but rather by how closely we were paying attention and trying to understand. Because he made it fun, which physics absolutely is, he took a kid (me) who HATED school and instilled a life-long love of physics in him. Now that's a great teacher.

Hugh Jackman is a true gentleman a well grounded kind hearted man. I saw him at the O 2 last Wednesday in his one man show WOWWWWW WHAT AN ARTIST WHAT A VOICE WHAT DANCER THIS GUY IS TALENTED IN EVERY WAY. GOD BLESS HIM.

Lol, all the people saying in the comments "BUT HYDROGEN IS H" are so hilarious. He clearly meant that it makes no sense for him learn the full name of the element, instead of using just the symbol (incidentally something that also baffled be in high school). That is why he said "can we just call hydrogen -- H?" Note the "just" there.

Sergey Antopolsky The primary reason, I believe, for having and using the symbols is to make writing chemical equations easier. Also, I don't really think it makes a lot of sense to have something like an element simply referred to by a letter like H for example. Because the letter H is already pronounced, quite obviously, as "H." Referring to elements simply by their symbol on the periodic table, while admittedly reasonably in say a Chemistry class, would be somewhat confusing to others in another context. That's just my opinion though, in practice it might actually turn out fine if not better.

I remember meeting actress Shawnee Smith at a horror convention about 10 years ago, and I actually told her that she was half the reason I watched the show “Becker” because I thought she was cute on that show, and that I started crushing over her as a result lol. She actually thought it was really sweet! She got a big smile on her face, laughed, and said something along the lines of “Aww, that’s very nice of you to say!”, which of course put ME on Cloud 9, LOL. So, I guess not ALL celebs get weirded out when someone admits having a crush on them. I guess it also really depends on how you approach it as well.

In the US, back in the 70s, Olivia was on either the Mike Douglas or Merv Griffin show (two of the more popular talk shows back then). The host took Olivia to meet one of the cameramen because he had mentioned that he came to Hollywood because he wanted to meet two celebrities and Olivia was one of them. When pressed by the host, he couldn't remember who the other celebrity was but he said to Olivia something like "that's OK, I can die happy now".
