Hi again @JazzRoyalty I need to ask you something. Who is "Her" Corto is always referring to? In the movies and comics "She" and "Her" are brought up. Is it a woman he loved in the past? Is it the Gypsy woman who read Coro's hand? Or is it treasure? Or is it a boat? In the final comic Mu, Corto says the boat reminded him of "her" ??? In the movie and comic Corto's friend the Red Lantern tells Corto "she is here in China" There is always a women being brought up like Corto is trying to find this person but on purpose Hugo Pratt makes it seem like it's a treasure like money or a ship, other times Hugo Pratt writes it in a way that it's not an object but a person. Who is this "her" ? if you can help me that would be great!
This excerpt is indeed from a longer movie produced for French tv programm Thalassa in 1990. I can't seem to find the whole thing but I hope you'll find these bits of information useful.
Hello it seems like you are gone but I hope you get this comment. I recently (not that long, maybe 5 months ago) discovered Corto Maltese. I've watched all the English films and read Mu (the last Corto comic) in English. I've been trying to find Hugo Pratt documentaries in English subtitles but there seems to be none. There are RAW Hugo documentaries here on RU-vid, would you be willing to translate them?
