When it comes to the venoms, we decided that the deadeye in my subgroup uses his venoms instantly and I delay my first cast, such that they are out of sync and we can both use them exactly off cooldown afterwards. As my spider venom is on a 12 second cooldown when the boss dies, I had the same number of casts of spider venom as the deadeye, meaning I lost no DPS by delaying.
