I had some people contact me regarding installing the tension bars into these picks, Even some asking why there isn't any. This should answer your questions. Buy these picks: www.banggood.com/3Pcs-Tubular-...
@@realtaiter3991 it's a whole new thing when they are not installed in a machine so this makes it look EASIER than what it is , but then again I have found that practice really does make perfect
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I accidentally closed a safe before putting batteries in it (after I put my jewelry in). I thought all was lost but your video helped me open it!
Hi. You make this look easy. I got the exact same kit off Amazon. Some joy so far but its slow. Found an old bike lock out walking in West London tonight. 7 pin tubular. Got it open after about 20 minutes of fiddling, closed it, got it open again, can;t close it now so I am going to bed lol. Bought a tubular pin lock off amazon but it was 4 pins only and that one is a bugger. I've been doing all of this mind without the tension bars and will fit one tomorrow as per your instructions and get back to you . Cheers.
Excellent, short and to the point. I did the set up right after watching and opened the lock on my first try, 1/8 rotation at a time aka in two stages. Saved my dad a hefty locksmith charge! Thx again and have a great Christmas!
Thanks. I just ordered one of these and would have been most upset if I couldn't find the tension bars and thought they had been left out. They sell two versions of this at Bangood, the cheapest one does not have the tension tools. That is the only difference between the cheapest one and the slightly more expensive one.
I purchased the very same tubular lock pick set off Ebay, it came with the pins installed, I didn't know what the allen wrenches were for, but now I do. The video was shot and to the point, easily understood too, thanks.
Is it even possible to pick an Ace II since the pins require different amounts of tension? Another issue with this particular safe of mine... is that I had to apply some force even when I still had the key, pushing in on the door and almost lifting upward.. so frustrating. Yes, I've attempted single pin picking and am simply having the same problem, and I cannot find the right tension wrench to use... please help.
just bought some of these and the grub screws on all 3 of them are missing.. do you know what size these are as i think trying to get gearbest to send them will be imposible
Hi I just recently bought one and I have done everything you have shown on video getting the device ready to use but I have not been able to open/pick any locks at all. What am I doing wrong?
How do you open a tubular lock, the ones that pop out. All I can find is the standard tubular locks and not the kind that pop out when you unlock them.
Subscobed a few weeks ago, liking your vids so far, will you be expanding the vids to various lock types? I watch quite a few lock pick vids now and really enjoy bosnian bills style 😄
Nice video! I have a question though about these pics. I just picked a set of these up, and I have YET to have them open any locks I have, including a clear cheap training lock. On the clear one I can see it over drives a pin or two, and sometimes under drives one. I can manually jack with it, but it's getting quite annoying. I have tried lubing the blade areas with 3 in 1, and have gone as far as lightly sand the channels as well. But no matter what, it does in no way function anything near like you show. Do you have any tips you can pass on? Thanks
I am having the same problem. I have had mine about a week now and tried it on 4 different locks and was unable to get it to work. There are many RU-vid videos of people using them straight out of the box and just working beautifully (like this video). I am lead to believe that either the tool is defective or I am defective. Both are likely. If anyone has advice, I am interested to hear it!
I will have to see if our IT guys have opened it yet and if not and still needed to be opened I may invest in some. Only problem would be long delivery.
+waddac2 you could try single pin picking. sadly the UK warehouse has sold out so yeah your looking at 10-20 days delivery. I work in IT and have a few of those laptop charging trollies so can see if they fit if you like?
+LockPickIt I was going to single pin pick it on the day of looking but had no tension bar to fit right and was slipping or binding. Yes if you do not mind trying yours on a charging cabinet, that would be great ;o))))
Thanks, just got mine, but it doesn't come with instructions. So it was helpful to see you set up your tools.Did you have to sand down, or file ( modify)your tools? Also do you know if they will open a Kryptonite Lock? Thanks
Cool bro, thank you. I think the Kryptonite Lock depending on what brand has security pins which makes it very hard, to in possible. You should check out the crowd haven't done it great videos. BOSNIANBILL IS 1 awesome lock picker
Hi - I have a lock on an Alcohol Vending machine - That takes $2 coins - Its at a friends pub however I've lost the key - The Outer diameter is 6.8 an inner diameter is 4.7 mm ?? What tool do I need to open this ???
hello I am a beginner picker and I wanted to see if u would happen to have any old locks or picks that u don't use anymore that I might be able to get so I can pratice thank u for ur time
you can make your own lockpicks. i made all of my picks myself and its pretty easy. BosnianBill have great "make your own picks" videos on his channel.
You're the 10th YT channel I've seen using the lock pick tool. I ordered them I can't get it to work. It won't open the safe, won't open a cheap cabinet I have for storing paint and kick knacks, it won't open the tool box or any other lock I have that is tubular. Every channel literally shows just sticking it in and a little wiggle and done. Tried with 7 tensioning bands down to 0 tensioning bands. Either I am missing something or I have a defective set. Any hints or tricks on the use of the lockpick set?
no, some locks have varying pin tension and spring heights and that doesn't allow this pick took to manipulate the lock, though you could manually adjust the rods until you feel a click though that is sometimes harder then single pin picking. Overall these are quite good locks since not many criminals have these picks or even understand the concept and you should be quite safe.
I only filed the tip. to square it up a little as it was a little tight in the lock. I did it while they were fitted. only took a few strokes to nip the edges off.
@@AllWeatherTruckin yeah I have been gentle, and have been rough. I tried adjusting the tension bands from 3 and on up. Literally nothing is working. My tubular lock is from Chateau, and the one I’m using is from Guard Security. Do you think my lock pick just has a defect?
Have you tried adjusting the bands? To make it work you need just enough resistance to get the pins to slip at binding point. I still have the set in this video and still open the occasional lock ok with it
I just got a set of these picks..... No Pins...... anywhere. Also, there are no HOLES in which to PUT pins. I can't even make my own pins and insert them. No place to PUT them.
Is it just my set or does anyone else have difficulty unscrewing the screw in order to insert the tension pin? I think mine is stripped- I cannot get the tension pin to sit even/below the edge of the tubular pick..??? :-(
sometimes these can be difficult if the cam on a lock as pressure on it. you can try pushing in to release the pressure or try single pin picking it to between to chambers and use this tool to impression it from there and open the lock the rest of the way and then dont reset the tool just take to a locksmith and they can decode it and cut a key
I can't help but notice that he didn't really pick the lock! The pick was preset for that lock... ...he might as well have used a key for this demonstration.
