Absolutely brother! People hate on him for good reasons but he's on my mount Rushmore. Folks who weren't alive in the 80s and early 90s don't realise how big he was. He made wrestling mainstream.
@shadycnetwork
@shadycnetwork 7 месяцев назад
@@MrSweetAsbrunot really any good reason. People are disingenuous. The real reason is the race stuff and let's be honest. If you're going to hate someone for something they said during the lowest point in their life. When they were suicidal. And even him and bubba who don't even talk anymore has admitted Hulk was suicidal. If you're going to hate someone for something they said that was pretty much during the end of their life, you're a POS. But they try to make it about other things like that that doesn't work for me brother crap or the supposed tall tales. If you're going to make it about those things then you have to hate all the old Legends too. Larry zbyszko just said that he came up with the NWO and that didn't happen. And as far as that doesn't work for me brother, Stone Cold sit on his podcast every single top guides about pro wrestling history has done the exact same thing. So if you're going to hate him for that you got to hate all the other top guys including stone-cold he admitted he's done it too. The back to the race stuff, when I sat there and heard every single black guy I knew him personally and said Hulk does not have a racist bone in his body I believe that.

I got to meet Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair last year in Houston for a autograph/photo show. I got a picture with both Hogan and Flair in the same photo with them holding my title belts. It was freaking EPIC for me. I never in a million years would have thought I'd be in a picture with both of them at the same time. I grew up watching wrestling since 1984 (maybe a little in 1983) and as a kid I was such a Hogan fan. I played with those LJN figures constantly. Anytime Hogan was on T.V. I had to make sure I watched. It was definitely something on my bucket list that I got to fulfill. So many people today look at Hogan in an unfavorable way and I get it. We're all flawed in our own ways. Thank God He is full of mercy and grace to forgive us of our sins. This world needs to stop with the cancel culture and learn to start forgiving. We've all sinned, we've all messed up in life. We all deal with flaws in our character. We must learn to forgive.

Just finished listening to the interview. Fantastic. Excellent work, Chris. And to Terry / Hulk - thank you. For this interview. For being a major part of where pro wrestling is today. For creating so, so many iconically entertaining moments.

Despite what all he's done outside of the ring, inside the ring he's still the Babe Ruth of Professional Wrestling i mean Wrestling today wouldnt be like this if it wasnt for Hulk Hogan we'd still be in the boring territory days

Hulk used to come into the Shell that my dad worked at in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Met him on multiple occasions. Nick invited my oldest sister out on their boat around 2000-2001 but my sister declined his advances. 😂😂

I’ve met Hogan about 3 times at signings and he always takes the time to show love to his fans! The first time I met him around 2009, I took a friend with me to take a picture of me with Hulk. He walked by Hulk without saying anything because he wasn’t a. Big wrestling fan. Hogan stopped him and said, “You don’t walk by me and not shake my hand, brother!” 😂
