Hulk Vs Thanos "The Most Clickbait Comic Ever" - Versus | Comicstorian 

Decided to try a few new video ideas and we've had this video loaded up to launch awhile ago and never got around to it. I figured why not put it out today and see what you guys think of bringing back the concept of our versus series.

We need an actual hulk vs thanos comic that isnt inconsistant where hulk is actually decently angry

The reason I love Hulk is down to the fact that he is so powerful in a cage match to the death almost no one can win but if his opponent can use strategy and the environment to their advantage then Hulk becomes more of a raging bull being misdirected

Is been clearly stated over and over again that Thanos did NOT use the Infinity Stones when fighting Hulk. Not only have they done multiple brake down on the scene showing Zero glow or use of the Gauntlet but Marvel Studios, directors and the writers have all confirmed this.

I would love World Breaker Hulk to go against Thanos, that would be epic

Lots of people were expecting a rematch between Hulk and Thanos.

It's still a huge flex that Thanos actively avoids hulk and the earth when hulk is going ham.

This fight lasted longer than Infinity War.

Thanos is an actual fighter, he’s also right there with hulk in terms of strength so Thanos is gonna wash him every time unless he is seriously amped

Hulk in the black order needs to be a spinoff.

Based on Hulk in Incredible, it takes time for Hulk to grow stronger. Time enough to be defeated by a mad titan. If anything the fight in Infinity War should have been more epic even if the end result was the same. And at the very least Hulk should have been somewhat like Thor and wanting a piece of Thanos and SMASHING his way through SOME of the main "mid bosses" on Earth instead of you know being a COWARD somehow! Hulk and Thor could have been like a mini team up before the "founding trio" fight in Endgame. Hulk cowering in fear instead of raging? Definitely nerfed! In the words of Morpheus in Reloaded, whatever happened happened and it couldn't have happened any other way... *sigh* oh well. Edit: In IH Hulk said his iconic line "Hulk smash!"...in the movies up until Endgame Hulk never said his OTHER iconic line "Hulk is the strongest there is!" There may be other examples but the only one I know of is in the animated Young Avengers movie when an old Hulk yelled that line.

Hulk would have to catch Thanos somewhere he couldn't run from, alone, and weaponless.

Thanos easily beats the Hulk no questions asked, unless the writing or whatever says he can.

MCU Hulk isn't comic Hulk. There is no onscreen example, either shown or spoken, that MCU Hulk gets stronger as he gets angrier like in the comics.

Yeah thanos would definitely have an advantage over the Hulk at first. He just has to incapaciate the Hulk before his anger gets too much for Thanos. Thanos really fighting for all the marbles could indeed do that. Afterall he has to be strong enough to actually survive getting hit by the hulk as he grows stronger. Stories can go anyway, like what if thanos really wanted to down hulk immediately as he sees in him and knows the hulk can get an edge over him, or if the hulks already super mad and raring to go. Initial encounter from an already juiced up hulk might be tough for thanos.

Thus Hulk could never beat thanos.. In "Infinity" he was manhandling Thor, Hulk, & Hyperion

Thanos would literally mop the floor with the Hulk! Plain and simple!

The problem with Hulk is that we can always just bring up World breaker Hulk, and I think HE could beat thanos. For any regular hulk tho, Thanos has just proven to be stronger. Hell, there is even a comic where Thanos turns Hulk into a pet - I don't remember the name. All in all tho, Hulks power has unlimited potential but we honestly never really see him reach the upper parts of it

I mean… Hulk seem the superior guy in strength between the two. Thanos on the other hand can find ways to out smart his in a fight when the hulks anger gets more involved in their fight.. Put it like that so the fight could go either way but hulk does have the win due to how he gets stronger if the mad titan doesn’t outsmart him in time

On earth 2149 however, it’ll be a totally different story because the Hulk will just squashed Thanos like a bug because despite the fact that the Hulk is a zombie, he is fused with the cosmic powers from the Silver surfer and Galactus when he ate both of them along with some of the other ZOMBIFIED marvel superheroes.

Um, so Hulk loses to Thanos whenever Hulk is hooked up in a lab to evil VR? Ok. Not persuasive.

While I think Thanos would have still won, it would’ve been better if the fight in Infinity War was a bit more even.

MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE HULK GOT BEATEN SO EASILY BUT THANOS HEADBUTTS CAPTAIN MARVEL AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN FLINCH.

I Love the Hulk, but I could absolutely see this or countless other ways Thanos would beat him. Unless he was World Breaker Hulk. Then I think it would be a different story.

One thing I can't stand is people who explain these things and are supposed to be so knowledgeable, get the most important details wrong. Thanos DID not use the gauntlet, when he fought Hulk in the movie. At that point he only had the power stone, and never once did he use it, as it clearly showed when he used the stones, or a stone, it lit up, not once during the fight did he use it. And that was the point of the scene, which the writers talked about, showing how skilled and strong Thanos is and was, as opposed to the simply just untrained brute that was hulk. That's why he scared hulk so badly he refused to come out for quite a while. Now there's a possible question to whether if Bruce got actually "angry" enough, and was in his world war hulk form, but even then, while the sentry fought him to a standstill, I still think Thanos would be too much for him. Don't forget, Thanos with 0 stones, also took on Thor with storm breaker and his hammer, a Thor powered Captain America, and an iron man, with his nano tech suit. The only one who showed to have the "power" to 1 V 1 him, was, of course, Wanda, but she's a reality warper with nearly infinite power, who uses hex magic and that was when she was just angry and before she got a hold of the darkhold. But at least there's setup for that and how in the comics she's literally able to wipe out all of mutant kind with a mere whisper, similar to how Thanos WITH the infinity gauntlet, wiped out half the population with a snap. But she has the power standardly, while he needs the stones for something like that. But when it comes to straight fighting with hands, VERY few can match the titan, as he's not only extremely strong, agile, dense, but he doesn't need to get angry and sloppy to get stronger, he uses his opponents strengths against them. I love hulk, but Thanos without the glove is still on a whole nother level.

Normal Hulk gets slapped by Thanos. Worldbreaker or Immortal Hulk would likely be able to win however

To be fair to Thanos (the one from Infinity War): he didn't use the infinity stones to beat the Hulk. The movie makes clear that whenever a stone is used it glows, during Thanos' fight with the Hulk none of the stones glow.

Interesting point of view I appreciate your video on this topic. Okay so I've never read any comics and have only seen the movies which means my knowledge on this subject is somewhat limited and controversial I'm sure to all those who've resd the comics ( I mean no offense). Now according to the content creator of this video, in the comic the Hulk is able to best Thanos in one on one fist to fist combat ( no gauntlet or other weapons) and the only way Thanos wins is by tricking/trapping the Hulk in a lab or whatever. That could be a simple answer to this question, however brute strength isn't everything in a fight strategy is a big part as well again this is why Thanos wins in the comic as previously stated. So that could also be a simple answer to this question/debate. With that being said... if Smart Hulk/Bruce Banner in avengers end game had faced Thanos one on one without Hulks injured arm or Thanos with the gauntlet, based on the logic from this video and common sense it's a safe bet to say the Hulk would be victorious and I couldn't agree more because the Hulk is the GOAT when it comes to brute strength and fighting lol. I could be wrong but it would be amazing fight ti see!

I think if it was just blow for blow hulk would win eventually but the fact is smart hulk isn't strong enough and dumb hulk isn't smart enough Thanos is just a better mix of the same things I think.

God dammit, Hulk Fans are delusional. Why even letting them join any debate at this point? They literally can't even argue, they just yell and demand the Hulk wins every fight no matter what, even against Characters he is clearly outclassed against. They still pretend that in the Movie Thanos needed the Infinity Stones to defeat the Hulk while he clearly was defeated without the help of a Infinity Stone, they also claim that in the Comics he would have won while Thanos always won against Hulk in the Comics. (Unless we talk non-canon-zombieverse) After they are reminded of that, they not only bring stronger Versions of Hulk into the Debattes, but they also ignore that that wouldn't change anything, because no Hulk has ever been close to Sky-Father Levels of Power and Strength, unlike Thanos and on top of that, even if there actually was a Version of Hulk that could defeat Thanos, they forgot that Thanos has also stronger Versions. And at some Point they bring in Squirrel Girl and forget, Hulk was defeated by Iron Man, Captain America and also a Snake already. So there's that. So again, for the ones who don't know it, unlike the ones who ignore that, Thanos is like 10 Times the Strength of Hulk, has Abilitys like Darkseid and can give or even take immortality and on top of that is a genius to technical Stuff. He is all that without a Power up and has Skin that's harder to pierce than a Vibranium Armor.

Considering at his absolute peak, Hulk not only scales above beings of the Dark Dimension but can thunderclap several universes out of existence!. The longer a fight goes on Hulk grows immensely in speed & intelligence... not just strength. As smart and resourceful as he is Thanos would literally end up getting turned to mush... not even the gauntlet would be enough to stop jolly green. Plus also because complete universal destruction itself is a bit more then his purple eternal hide can handle. Hulk stomps 8/10.

Thanos did use the stones to beat hulk in the movies yes but he had to embarrasse the hulk by beating him as fast as possible because the longer the fight went on the less of a chance he had to win. The reason he won is because he had the gauntlet yes but he is also smarter and is trained as a fighter while hulk is a more barbaric fighter with a very rough way of fighting.

Honestly, I am inclined to agree. If Thanos was able to be defeated by Hulk. He wouldn't be a legit threat that requires the Avengers to stop him. Savage Hulk, World Breaker, Professor, Joe Fixit, Immortal, Maestro.....None of the Hulks that I can think of would be able to 1v1 him. Some might come close. But none can defeat him.

I always assumed we'd have world breaker hulk instead of smart hulk after natasha died as she was his Betty. Imagine glowing green earth shaking hulk throwing himself wildly at thanos. He would still lose but it would have been harder like when thor the scarlet witch hit him
