Iv been through a similar situation, was driving for 15 yrs in my country but failed drivers test twice in a foreign country. I found a job in my field after 1yr and now I travel 1hr about 85km to work. But Alhmdulillah for everything. Allah bless you guys for sharing your life’s story. ❤

just recently start watching your videos Almas the first video was when you were interviewing your sister who owns 3 d ultrsound clinic. my daughter is doing the ultrasound specialist program. i am in Canada for 24 years and my kids are born here. me and husband did not have a professional field but kids have done pretty good Alhamdulillah. The only thing is that kids who study here still sometimes struggle to get the job . i love the pure and honest talk you guys do ❤❤

Very interesting video. Thank you for being so candid about your struggles. Quebec is a very unique province and I would advise not to go there especially if you are a hijab wearing person and new immigrant. It will be too much to adjust in one go. Try the small towns in Ontario as explained in the video. This will give you a better start to your new life as bid cities are really saturated and have its own struggles.

I am here in Montreal since 2and1/2years as new immigrant with school going kids so I can relate with your struggles. Although my kids promoted from welcome class to regular classes(My 3 kids are in grade 10, 9 and 8 )and they are happy with french school system but for me and my husband are not much satisfied in Quebec.

Good advise. We came to US with almost 250k in 1985 but we still had to get a job quickly. It took almost 8 months to get a job even though I had my degree from the US in computer science.

My husband did 3 jobs at same time for few years and really he started to drain and our family life started to have distance. But fortunately we learned this by someone family comes first money is not everything.
