I am a 6/2 splenic projector and gymming followed by sauna for me is amazing. But when I gym I dont follow any strict routine, I just do what feels good, and I listen to music and move to rhythms. It literally awakens every part of me❤
My favorite exercises of all times: handstands !!! They completely modify my state of consciousness !!! Because they are so difficult and challenging, they are enough by themselves to me… I feel soooo happy when I practice them !!! I become like a kid… playing… It makes me laugh I don’t know why…
My natural circadian rhythm is and has always been very nocturnal. My mother said even in her womb I would never relax. I was kicking all night. And I’m still like that. I sleep from 4/5 am until 2pm
I'm 1/3 projector. For me high carb is better than keto. On keto I was bloated, couldn't go number 2, stomach pain but with more carbs even unhealthier carbs I feel much better and energetic. Also eating often is better for me than intermittent fasting or any other fasting to have stable energy.
I'm the exact opposite - high carb is not only detrimental to my physical well being, it's shown to be highly inflammatory and not a sustainable diet for energy. I am mostly carnvore and at the age of 61, I feel better, have mitaged muscle loss and no bloating at all.
And so interesting about the workouts. I know it refills my batteries. And I do the micro workouts too. My environment is mountain and that means a bit of oxygen deprivation is really good for me - so quick workouts are rad
So interesting. It’s like I’m hearing a mirror of myself. I am a 1/3 splenic projector. I studied nutrition, epigenetics, traditional Chinese medicine & Pilates. I actually do all of these things you mention, although I create my own TCM formulas for inflammation. I even eat Keto & find sugar/grains kills me. Fascinated about the female orgasm - in Chinese medicine excessive sexual activity depletes the Jing (which is the life essence), but it was always noted as more of a priority to speak to my male patients regarding this. I had a very severe break down 2 years ago which is when I discovered HD & have been fascinated with it since. My downfall is that when I have friends over I like to stay up really late. Used to do that far too often, and also dance all night. Love dancing & totally rode the energy of the generators. I love the way undistorted energy feels. Sadly I just can’t do that anymore. Probably one of the biggest adjustments is understanding I can no longer push the boundaries without serious payback. And then accepting responsibility without the bitterness or feeling it’s “unfair” I can’t keep going….thank you for the awesome content!! 💖

Thanks Luciano, spot on for everything. For anyone young projectors and watching, I really can attest to all of this with 10 years experience of trial and error; build habits that Luciano mentions (the sexual energy one is less known about but is very important for men). I also know of other ways, but these are perhaps more specific to me. The key is to learn by doing, see what works (and doesn't work!) For you and be willing to accept your limitations. Luciano you have explained this content is the most succinct but informative way. Really appreciate the effort you have taken to create your content (will give likes and subscribe). It's a lot better than other HD channels in both production and content.

I’m learning tantra and I realize how natural it is to my own rhythms and cycles… I’m never as happy as when I give tantric massage… the reward is enormous, for both the person I massage and for myself… I’m an emotional projector and it speaks directly to my heart and to my soul’s purpose. I have been invited to do tantric massage, which is great because of the need to be invited for projectors… I have the splenic center defined also, so I have also a strong instinct and intuition to back up my massage practice…
I actually would recomend for a digestion to drink bitters/amaro. It will help to reduce that heaviness after food. Im sensetive to solar flares or a weather change. I found it was very important i tried MANY: Fernet,cynar,jagermaster,apperol,martini, amaro Averno siciliano. Amaro Averno was the best, such a game changer! Since digestion takes quite a lot of energy! _____ Sleeping is very important i found out that for me going to sleep at 8 pm and waking up at 4:30 am when everything is very still was very good i was productivereally in good mood too!
It depends on if you have other engines or not. All projectors can “trade” energy with people who have it, for instance the 7 chakras. If you don’t have a certain energy type you should surround yourself with the ppl who have it and optimize your entire chakra system. I need constant amounts of sacral and heart energy. Sometimes we get subconscious invitations. If you’re too afraid to initiate in life many times you will get left behind. Trust your psychic intuition when you feel like you should speak on something or project on that topic. Cheers
I don t exercise. But I go on trekking once in 2 weeks and slow tempo. It is good for me cycling and swimming...While I m climbing I can t conversate with people becoause when I do that i fall or hurt myself...
This is so true I recently have started exercising but like today I didn’t want to and well today is the day I was feeling like shit and had to search up a video 🤡 So yea 😭 Makes sense I need to be consistent w my workout ✨

Doing already a lot of what you say and this is really helpfull! My question: Is inflammation connected to being a projector?
It could be in the sense that your body burns out easier. I have struggled with inflammation in my life and I solved it through diet, supplements and habits, we could go through that in a session.

Great tips, thank you! I am surprised you did not mention in your video to follow the HD PHS or digestive types. I was eating pretty clean and most of the above tips, but it wasn't until I understood my digestive type from HD that I really started to feel clear, calm and energized in my body and mind. Have you done any videos on HD digestive types?

There is a common misconception that you need an invitation to do things with your own energy as a projector. You only need an invitation to guide others.
@@angelsilverstarguitar11 you can get invited to work in a group or for someone too. But you don’t need an invitation to show what you do by yourself, especially online.
I appreciate the tips, but now a days hearing someone give random advice about eating to strangers that you don't personally know, and have no way of telling who is going to watch your videos and who is gonna pick on what advice, is highly immature in my eyes. Because this eating subject is so subjective to all of us, that there's no one 'cookie cutter' that fits us all. What I would suggest tho is, eating for your blood type. Encourage people to look into their own blood type and see what foods are suitable for them. That will do more good than harm in a long run or even a short experimental run. Speaking from experience here. I'm not saying that your advice for food was bad and wont work for no one. But these were the things that helped YOU and not necessarily me. So you see how it works right? Very subjective. We are all so unique. Once again appreciate the tips! Some of them were spot on:) Take care amigo.

I think the only thing we can do, especially in such complex matters as nutrition, is to communicate what worked for us, and give people the possibility to do their own research and experimentation from there. I do think we have our unique perks, but at the same time there are some biological facts that are stable across the board. A 40 years old shall ejaculate two times per minth according to Mantak Chía. Does This apply to Projectors or which? How many ejaculations per month do you recommend for a 40 years old projector, how manly for a 40y old generador, how manly times for a 40y old manifestor, how manly for a 40y old reflector?
i think that is a question you need to experience for yourself. as a general rule though, id say half the amount for a non sacral being than for generators.
