You are 100 percent right. They are evil. When I was discarded from my last job after being sabatoged, an HR person went over paperwork with me and she was glowing with happiness that I was let go. She and I never met before, I only interacted with HR when I got hired to sign papers and when I was let go, and it was so weird how happy she was that I lost my source of income that I need to survive. One other dimension of HR is that HR seems to attract a certain type of bully. I have seen it in quite a few companies. Essentially the job is something that is somewhat of an official "bully for the organization" position.

My human resource lady is a master gas lighter. She thinks i don't see straight through it! What kills me is these people that plot to steal you job go to church every Sunday. Why bother. You are evil. Plotting to steal the life of an innocent person is to me attempted murder. What if I lose my house and starve to death all in their efforts to protect their precious bully. What if I comment suicide. It is attempted murder if you ask me. How they look at their selves in the mirror. It would be different if i had done something or couldn't do my job. But also, if i am not doing my job there are humane ways to deal with it besides bullying and constructive termination. These people don't even try to invest into you they just push you out.

Hr is the watch dog of upper management. From my experience they are at best gutless and helpless when employees suffer under the toxic work environment and at worst they are ruthless careerists and bullies themselves and use the elemination of the „complaining lying troublemakers“ to get ahead in their own careers. One of the worst workplace narcissists I ever came across as a young professional was a female Hr manager. These cold dead cruel eyes were haunting. She truely was evil.

Yes, when I went to HR it made the problem I was having so much worse. At a company 7+ years and had a problem with one person and all of a sudden I was not a "team player."

HR is evil. They already gossip about me with my new manager. One was shaming me for only having a learners permit in my 20s after she saw my birthday on my ID. She told my manager that I was ignoring her emails and slow with my paperwork….when she literally mistyped my email address and I never received any communication from her. Instead of admitting to her mistake, she let me take the blame for everything. She’s also extremely slow and lazy. I already know I’m going to get forced out of another job. My main enemies are always middle management and HR. I tend to actually like some coworkers and upper management. But the mid level supervisors, HR, and certain coworkers will inevitably start to bully me, trash talk me, and force me out

I reached out to HR about a narcopath who works in my department. He has been stalking and antagonizing me for almost 2 years now. He is the worst worker who should had been kicked out of our department long ago. Once I reported him, and they "talked to him", he kept doing the same behaviors. I reached out again as they told me to. I was basically told it wasn't harassment, even after providing "evidence" that "helped". I had already given them evidence and was still gaslighted. The guy still continues to work in my department, happy to see me each day ready to get a high off of causing me utter misery. I broke down in tears after I was told it "wasn't harassment". I wish I never reached out to them. Edit: I am glad I discovered your videos. You have educated me very much on workplace bullying, narcopaths, and how to move forward when facing these problems. Someone was injured at work. The human resource person went to the job site to take pictures of the area where injuries occurred. H.R. was trying to make it look like it was the workers fault for getting injured. So if you get hurt at work just call a work injury lawyer. The company doesn't want to pay for medical or workmans compensation.

I was harrassed and bullied for years by co-workers and even complained and the company backed up the bullies. I fucking quit long story short.

I had the head of HR say to me, in front of a co-worker, "you're so skinny". I was SO tempted to say, "you're so fat", as both are negative comments about a person's weight (btw- I'm not skinny, but w/i the range for my ht by medical standards). However, I held my tongue knowing that I would be the one that got in trouble.

I just want to thank Claire Hunt. She has helped me so much getting through the past year of bullying. I am now suspended waiting on a hearing in which I hired an attorney for my one and only clerical error that lead to immediate termination. Of course, we know it is because I reported my bully. We are suing for retaliation if we have to. I just want my job back long enough to find another. I work for the state. They raped me. They stole my state connection because of this sick bully I lost what i worked my whole life for and finally obtained at 60 to gave it stolen. Claire is dead on to the truths. Those hr people were obviously trying to bully you on your channel obviously they feel threatened because your raising so much awareness on your channel about workplace bullying and gaining support. It's always been the same throughout history, bullies trying to silence people who are speaking out into submission. Very true. I was blatantly discriminated by my narcissist boss and HR basically told me they wouldnt do anything to him no matter what. I had just had a baby and the narc boss even told me I couldn’t do my job well anymore since having a baby. This is just one crazy comment he made. I shouldve sued but didn’t have the money for an attorney bc I had to quit due to this narc boss gunning for me. He kept getting promoted too. HR went after me for exposing his abuse, use of alcohol at work, and I also believed he wanted to sleep with me (and others). HR is evil.

I smiled all day and when my bullies and stalkers followed me around and harassed me i ignored tf out of them. I could see them get so small and it was almost as if they couldn't breath. A woman lied on me and said i assaulted her at my work station the police are currently investigating and its almost like they dont care she lied to them. The same day she filed this false police report was the day that I told her to not contact me outside of work anymore. I never slept with her because I know I'm better than her , she had miscarried her ex boyfriends best friends child. That was the biggest red flag and the fact she was pregnant with another man's child and trying to sleep with me made me so nauseous. We are living in a matriXxx I refuse to sleep with any of the 3D women.

I was bullied out of a job last year. Two people there made my life hell as a top performer, they would lose their temper towards me and others IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS so often they were known for it. This went on for over 6 months, and as far as I know both still work there. Our workplace had over 6 “ HR” just in our section, I don’t know what the point is of their jobs what I do know is when your best performers keep leaving it would be bette rod you just fired the narcs

I met a job recruiter that had a degree in human resources. This person has absolutely no skills or talents. This H.R. person contributes 0% towards production, goods or services.

I like your idea that HR should be handled by a legal department. I have mixed feelings on HR. My old manager was friends with my bully and protected her from any accountability. I was fortunate that my direct boss hired an over the phone, 3rd party: HR consultant to handle this situation since my manager was not going to help me. The 3rd party consultants reviewed everything and said that by law they had to fire my bully. Hallelujah, for accountability! My manager was pissed that my boss went above her head; so she fired me out of retaliation. This is where HR is important. She wanted to fire me the day my bullly got fired (she told me this); but Hr consultants advised her to not fire me within 3months of filing my work complaint =so that the company avoids getting sued for firing me out of retaliation. So HR is important to protect an employer from stupid management. This manager was putting the company in harm's way with potential lawsuits. I see the flaws in HR/management that u speak of. Firing me 3months after my work complaint still doesn't change the fact that... I was still fired out of retaliation!!! In fact, I wish my manager would have fired me 3months sooner; instead of bullying me. She played a game of chicken with me: She bullied me to get me to quit. She wanted me to quit, rather than fire me...cuz she didn't want me to leave with unemployment. I had to endure 3months of false accusations and unnecessary witch hunt. I did actually get help from someone in HR once. But, she was definitely the rare exception. She did help me. But usually, it's the victims who are punished. And yes, it's pretty useless usually. I am grateful to the gal who helped me. My bully threatened me in a closet. Literally. When I told the HR Mgr. She was not happy at all. And because HR normally isn't helpful, I almost didn't follow through with filing the complaint. But I did it anyway,just because I felt so angry about what The bully has done, and I was very lucky. It should not be that way, though. And I completely understand where you are coming from.

So today while working my Mind was racing and had intrusive thoughts and i had a flashback as to when my old Bully in 2019 walked in the office with the HR partner ( he was buddies) and I sat across from him and he pointed at me and said “ that’s her” she looked over the cubicle and took a good look at me and then wrote something down on her notepad she had. It was so humiliating. FUCK HR!
