Buster, being left-handed, learned to play on a right-handed guitar. Wanting to fret with his right hand and pick with the left (like lefties do), flipping the guitar over was the only option at the time, and the playing style stuck.

They are tuned low as Hell (this should be drop E, so an Octave below standard tuning - usually played on 8 String guitars). They use long scales and massive strings to achive that!

These guitars have a scale length of 30.0 inches and it’s pretty much a baritone (bass) guitar. With the right gear you can make one of these bad boys sound better than an 8 and 7 string.
