I absolutely LOVE the curlsmith hydro style flexi jelly and protein curl cream combo! Also the treluxe mousse and hi definition gel is chef's kiss! Altho I get the absolute best results with the NYM curl talk mousse (usually with shea moisture miracle styler) but get that producty feeling. My hair is coarse and low porosity for reference in New York area.
That makes sense. Low porosity hair and fine hair tend to like lighter products and struggle with getting that producty feeling. I still haven't tried that mousse but I will eventually.

Ty! Dew points here in southeastern NC have been in the upper 70's! I work outside alot in this weather & it totally wrecks anything I try to do with my hair. Even when I put it up (which is what I do while outside.) 2 days max with a refresh before I wash & start over. I am so over this weather! I have tried all of the products you mentioned & they are great, as long as I stay inside😊. All but the AG Liquid Effects. Want to try that one. Ty again for looking out for us curlies who have to endure summer weather! Blessings!
Thanks! I know what you mean. It's a struggle. 🥵 But, just to clarify, these products will only do so much in high heat and humidity. There will be some loss of definition and frizz no matter what. And longevity will suffer. I also go about 2 days in this weather. It's just a fact of this very humid heat. But they do much better compared to products without these ingredients.
Just a quick question, i have such problems finding the products here in Belgium. For example a clarifying shampoo, the only one i can get here is the Giovanni one. Do you think that does the job too?
For a clarifying shampoo you can probably use any regular shampoo with sulfates in it. I wouldn't worry about trying to find these brands for the clarifying shampoo.
