The gate monster scared me when I first saw this movie as a child. Now it makes me laugh so hard, especially the dog hiding and shaking in fear because it reminds me of how I reacted the first time I saw this scene.

I remember fondly this movie. I remember as a kid Ludo scared me at first...only to realize he was the most gentle of the habitants of the Labyrinth. He has a heart of gold. Henson was great to create such characters even after all these years its still touching to see this big Lug wanting to be friends with everyone

If there is a Clifford's really big movie version ( with Dorothy being Sarah so since she is a year younger then her ( Dorothy is 14 ) , Cleo being the junk lady despite being to beautiful to be her and she's 13 while the junk lady is elderly , shackelford being jereth even though shackelford is 20 years old and jereth is in his 100s since he is a goblin who takes the form of an owl and human , etc ) I think Clifford will make a great humongous . he can't be ludo because even ludo is shorter than Clifford ( no offense ) .
