Bograch (bograchgulyash, Hungarian bográcsgulyás - “goulash in a pot”) is a thick meat soup with vegetables and paprika, one of the symbols of Hungarian cuisine.
If you cook bograch goulash once, you will want to cook it again and again, take my word for it.
Ingredients:
-smoked lard 150 gr. fry/simmer over low heat (always)
-two bows
-three carrots
two bell peppers - three tomatoes
pork with layers 300 g
.-veal 1 kg.
one bunch of parsley
-salt, pepper, bay leaf
ground red pepper (sweet)
a pinch of cumin - hot ground pepper 1 tsp - water 1.5 l.
-cook for 40 minutes. then add 500 gr. potatoes and cook for another 20 minutes
-at the end add 3 cloves of garlic and parsley
