It really is a damn shame that there are no real differences between Horthy Hungary and Fascist King Hungary. Then again "damn shame" can be applied to literally the entirety of Hungary's tree.
It would be cool if it can form an alliance with Bulgaria and other nations if they turn fascist so instead teaming with Hitler as Horthy did, fascist monarchist Hungary can form their own lil axis

Actually, I'd like to defend this path. It has 2 main pros over the standard fascist path, 1) You get a whole lot more pp for not having to do Economic Intervention in the beginning, and 2) you are able to actually flip fascist a lot faster, thus being able to get your eco up and running quicker. This can let you do some fun stuff much earlier.
@@Tortellobello45 yeah, they really need to update all the content before Man the Guns at least. The Soviet and Italian trees are probably the best, because they are the most modern. The older nations deserve that quality standard as well now
I played fascist Hungary yesterday but more based: join the axis, ask Germany for Slovakia and Transylvania, leave them, attack them once Barbarossa starts. I stole so much territory from Germany and Balkans
You should 100% try Rise of the Lion mod , theres path for slovakia to form holy roman empire And few easter eggs to your great personality , our great general (mountain general cult of personality merch when?)

This reminds me of my friend who travaled to hungary (I am so sorry for him) and literaly found a map of greater hungary in a plate next to the airport.
The only difference really is, do you want +10 stability or -5 prosent consumer goods, also the fascist king path is 4 70 day focuses instead of 2, but the party popularity buff is infinite. Good lord Hungary needs a complete rework.
Paradox should've added an "Elect a communist king" path that allows to skip a couple of focuses on the communist side of the tree. Just to reach the end quicker and switch to something more useful, like Air Productuon or Suppress Subjects.
Sorry to ask but as a new hoi4 player I noticed that all the High Command for the Army are different is there a way to change them to the same as yours? Anyone who knows please respond.
