Hungarian soup recipe

Ingredients for 8 people:
- 500 grams waxy potatoes
- 2 medium red onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 celeriac
- 1 carrot (150 grams)
- 1 parsley root (or possibly 1 parsnip)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- can of 400 grams of Chili beans
- 8 grams of parsley
- 4 vegetable stock cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1.5 tbsp paprika powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
