When Clove was above Katniss, and Katniss said, Oh, it's okay sweetie, put your entire body weight, Is this my entire body weight?, and she goes, oh, your like a chihuahua....... That made me laugh so hard!! ahahaha xD 3:12 - 3:31..... awesome!!! I really love Jen and Isabelle!!
Late to the party, but I actually like that they made Clove younger and smaller than the other career tributes/how she is described in the book, and that they made the careers a bit more diverse as a whole. It made for a much more entertaining series of fight scenes than if the careers had just totally over powered everyone all the time.
@@hayleymarse2853 Yeah if it were true to the books the actresses would have been switched, and JLaw would have been on Alexander Ludwig's workout regime for the previous 6+ months. Funnily enough, apart from the different skin tone, Isabelle is a lot closer to how I pictured Katniss in the books, what do you think?
@@MultiSweeney1 I agree! Originally Isabelle auditioned for Katniss but the casting director thought she would be a good Clove. I think she would be perfect for Katniss but she makes a good Clove too! I wish Jennifer was a bit smaller because she doesn’t fit how Katniss is described in the books but overall I think they did such a good job with the hunger games (especially compared to most Book to movie adaptations)
It makes me very happy to see that despite the dark subject matter that exists in the movie, all of the young cast members had a lot of fun working together. It's so cute seeing Jennifer and Amandla fooling around on set while the cameras aren't rolling.
