As someone who mainly invades. I still leave the blue ring active. Getting called to fight other invaders is kinda my way of giving back lol. Unless it’s an obvious gank then I’ll try making peace with the red try to bring the mobs to the host. Really just depends on the situation.
Not goona lie, I don't get the hate in the coments, you basicaly solo the invader (host and other blue did nothing) while he was using the mobs as distraction, you build is not even optmized (Radagon's Soreseal at RL90 is bad) or the most tryhard as you can. To be honest you are playing the game as it should be played, people are talking shit just bacause you chose to play as a hunter, umbeliveble.
Anyone hating on playing the game the way it was intended and posting videos like this probably needs to touch grass and has a lot of issues in their life, it’s just sad really. Love the content dude
Blues are supposed to hunt down invaders. It’s a great mechanic when the host is playing through the game with a friend and gets invaded. It allows the host and summon to keep playing through the game while the blue tries to stop the red from killing them. Usually you get two less experienced players (host and friend - sometime the friend is experienced or over leveled) and two experienced players (red and blue). It’s fun! Try it out sometime.
@@bosslevelplayerThe thing is that's a very rare occurrence. As an invader, I always have blues coming after me when the host and their phantom are either doing just fine or straight up ganking. The whole blues vs reds mechanics could be fun, but they're just easily exploited. Especially since invaders are almost always at a numerical disadvantage. No hate for you ofc, I actually like your attitude and wish people played like you. I just don't think that's the case at the moment, unfortunately.
@@eldensloth I know what you’re talking about. I actually spend most of my time invading. I like it when Blue’s enter the game when I’m a red. It’s just a flask refill and an extra gamer to kill. I like the challenge of 3v1.
Youre using meta armor, meta physick, a twink build (nice starlight shards and boluses), and storm stomp. The pve is ng+0 and you 2 shot them. The invader is using the worst halberd in the game two handed. How are you this proud about killing a single random invader? Even if you didn't have all these advantages, it still would not have been impressive.
This is my lvl 90 invader/duelist build bro. Not a twink. He’s tough. Basically never looses an invasion and wins 99 out of a hundred duels. He’s on NG+ so he is well stocked. No starlight shards though. I don’t need them. I just killed the red because I was blue. It was a good clip because clearly the host was doing a solo TT thing and got scared or more likely annoyed that the red was hiding behind enemies. The host probably turned off tongue and turned on hunters Ring because of lame game play by red. I can’t be sure. Maybe red had killed hosts friends but probably not, because then the red wouldn’t have been hiding. Anyway… I just killed the red (with ease) even though he was hiding behind enemies, because that was my duty. Not overly proud about it. It was really easy. So he should use the worst armor,weapon and physick for you to be happy? I do think the vid is mediocre and was unnecessary to post cause there was nothing special about it, but it’s not his fault the invaders are bad

@@stannisthemannis4199Do you not know what a twink is? It is so obvious that he either has a duped save or has just farmed for hours, intentionally never leveling up. I play solely on meta level with these same advantages, but playing even the smallest amount of lvl20-90 you realize that twinking is incredibly dishonest and makes pvp very unfair, its basically only for people who are bad at the game to get a power trip.
Got summoned as a hunter for lvl 50 and the host was afk farming because the invaders didn’t have anything to deal with it yet, I hate how they have no covenant system or anything for pvp
Covenants would be the single biggest improvement to the game and add one extra teammate to each team so that reds always had a buddy but hosts could have a fourth member in the form of a hunter. AFK farmers are the worst. When the game first came out, it was such a gigantic problem
@@bosslevelplayer I wish the blues actually had a purpose like in ds1 they were still decent in 3 but in 1 it actually was cool invading the invaders worlds, I doubt the dlc will add anything major pvp wise so we can only hope they fix it in their next game
I post blue all the time. As a blue you kill reds. It’s fun! Give it a try sometime. Did you watch how this red was scared and running away into mobs? I followed without fear and destroyed him while getting attacked by enemies. I play all roles: host, co-op; hunter; invader; arena. Don’t limit yourself.

How silly it is to limit yourself by not participating in an aspect of the game and pretending like doing so is bad. There is no conflict. You can play as red and as blue. I often get summoned as a hunter; save the TT host from a red or two, and then immediately find myself back in the same game as a red, and kill the host. 0 conflict here. I’ve also invaded gamers that I have co-oped with; teamed up with gamers that have invaded me. It’s just utter silliness to pretend like you can’t do one because you do the other.

But as a genuine invaded myself, facing a host with its phantom is already a handicap, also there are times, when there are more than one fantom, that itself is already hard, and when a hunter is summoned, and got moonveil l1 on my face, it's just annoying. Thats what im just saying, I dont even mean offence. But the fun police are, ya know, annoying.
