Thank you Mitchell for your incredible commitment. Seems so simple but we are humans seem to search for the short cuts. The last one "call yourself out on our own BS" seems to really ring true when looking for excuses not to get the hard yards done. Thanks again for watching.
All you content has been great mate, I watched all of them yesterday lol. You have such a positive attitude it's awesome. Can I ask how old you are mate as your in good shape.
@@jasonstevens5702 wow that's fantastic!!! I'm 50 and love every year. Am obsessed with being the best I can be. I find that a fit mind and body helps me try and be the best Dad and partner possible. The biggest thing that helped me really step it up was dropping alcohol 3 years ago plus doing a ridicules amount of MURPYS. I try to live 2-3 years of life into every year. You rock my man, thanks for asking.
Love your vids man, your enthusiasm and fitness is inspiring! What does your 'everyday' fitness routine sort of look like? How often do you run and lift etc? Murphs are brutal, how often do you do them??
Hey Ryan Firstly thanks so much for watching. Pull-ups Push-up and pack hill work is my main gig along with meditation. I absolutely love running but sometimes it comes at a cost if I run more the Pack hill work. Having sore legs or body from exercising is EARNT and should be appreciated. Did 100 Murphy in 100 days but didn't post anything so I didn't feed my ego. Instead of posting my daily routine I just try and be 1% better man/husband/father every day. With excise find the thing you hate the most and do that so many times until it becomes easy, don't feed the ego and destroy all our own excuses to have a day off. Be that 80+ year old that still smashes multi day tramps/hunts That's what I train for
@@purenz9891 Hey thanks so much for checking out the vid. I not sure who get more excited when I go for an up hill pack wall....me or the Dog? I just love it. Thanks again.
