Howdy partners, today we're driving around to a couple places in Milwaukee looking for the very specific type of garbage that I NEED to have in my collection. After the jump we check out some of these games I bought (some of them are okay!)

Collector John, appreciate the different segments of your videos. Its not just you sitting in your house the whole time. Doesn't consist of you fake or rude haggling store owners or shops for easy views. You keep it chill and even though still a small channel check out your subs + views ratio. That is wild. No cap used to play Winnie the Pooh’s Rumbly Tumbly Adventure when I was a kid and it was great. I never finished it, being a child and all, (it’s weirdly in depth for the IP), so this video makes me wanna go back and actually finish a playthrough. 😂 Great video as usual, John. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Big 360 and gba fan also. The Flash and Turok on gba are both good. Turok's a bit tough though. I'm like you in a way also. I'll buy 10 360 games at goodwill for $5 each easily over a month or two, but shy away from a $50 game I really want to try, or have for the collection. NES is different, though. Anything goes over on there lol.

I have an orange IPS modded GBA as well, that is almost identical to yours, except my face buttons and bumpers are lime green. Man I love that thing… not sure why I’m telling you this, but there it is. If you’re buying cheap GBA games, like Winnie the Pooh, expect to see some cursed imagery.

Nice, I thought the orange shell looked really clean haha. Did you do the mods yourself? I found this GBA in a drawer (I think a friend gave it to me at some point and I forgot about it) and then ordered all the components to reshell it and add the IPS screen. Mostly turned out pretty good except for one rogue piece of dust that got under the screen 😤

@@collectorjohn9538 rogue screen dust can go straight to hell man… no I traded for mine at my lgs. Was it fairly easy to do the mod yourself? Any soldering required? I’m thinking about doing my gameboy color, but don’t have a ton of experience, I’m a little worried I might brick it lol

@@megamob5834 The GBA wasn't too bad, didn't require any soldering and I think pretty much anyone could do the IPS mod. I haven't worked on any Gameboy colors but I think it's similar level of difficulty. The GBA SP is where it gets more difficult, the screen hinges suck to work with

I would normally say nice pickups, but these games were not the greatest after seeing and hearing you talk about them! Winnie the Pooh looking like he got out of prison 🤣! At least you had Namco Museum! Funny enough, my GBA SP 101 has the exact same orange see-through shell as yours! I'm curious on why you're picking up 3rd controllers! Can't wait to see what you'll do with those! Great video and keep up the good work!

That Fire Emblem game for the GBA is actually very good. I had it in the past but (stupidly) traded it along with a GBA for a PSP many years ago. Totally worth the 40 bucks in my opinion, many hours of great strategy rpg´ness.

When you collect loose gameboy advance carts, how do you store/display them? Without the box they're too dang small.

Yeah it's tough. I have a couple of those little plastic cartridge box things, and a case that I store my GBA in that also has some storage for games.

Buy junky DS games for cheap. DS cases have a slot for GBA games in them. Plus you can print off the cover art for the games
