@soniavos8065 It is actually supreme quality meat. Never heard anyone who tried it to say otherwise. They're not rats as people mistakenly name them. Their pellets - skins have one of the highest quality of the fur all year round. Similar to beaver. They don't get sick and only eat green stuff from the water or washed by the water. :)

It's not out there feeding off dead animal carcasses or such. Theirs alot of birds that people eat, but you don't see anyone killing and eating vultures, they feed off dead animals that have been rotting for days or weeks, the meat must be horrendous.
