The Pascagoula LBTC that Nick manages is great!! My land butts up to Old River& I switched from a deer guy to a turkey guy 4 years ago. Really enjoyed this podcast!!!

Hunting rights on 16th section land is leased out. You have to put in a bid to get the lease.

Too many restrictions, laws, rules, regulations, etc. Not to mention being dangerous on public land. Permits, stamps, WMA permits, Core of Engineers permits, etc.

All in the name of conservation. I used to be a Park Ranger with U.S.A.C.E. folks are reluctant to use their own land because of law enforcement and the numerous rules.
