Yes this is a Bungle classic, very different to the normal Bungle sound if there is actually one, really atmospheric and tells an interesting story if you look into the lyrics!!!! love how you smile every time you see Trevor in his outfit choice for that tour, yes the man is cool 😁

Have been listening to Bungle for over 20 years now and I still hear things I've not heard before. For example a few months ago I really heard the panic in the background screams in the hour countdown at the end. Nuances that really add to their music that don't leap out, the layers of harmonies etc. I love the artistry of Mr Bungle.

He really just comes across with so much happy and energy on stage. Like I've said I've seen Mondo Cane and Tetema and while SUCH different projects you could just see him grinning at times, sometimes in that enjoyable hyperfocus we artists get into, and Tetema especially this just sort of raw energy/excitement at times. You can really tell when he's having fun on stage.

Yes this is definitely one of Bungles most popular songs, maybe you didn't get a lot of requests for it because they have so many great songs, it is so difficult to pick a song as they are all stand out!!!! Yes this is a beauty and definitely sounds better the more you listen to it like most Bungle songs, I always say you've never really heard one of their songs until you've listened to it at least 5 times lol thank you for this reaction and super happy to see you appreciating Stubbs 💗

I agree with Roxanne, their music is quite a bit more to digest than most songs played on the radio or being promoted commercially over the past, well ever really, again if you take the time to digest them your soul will be greatly rewarded🍻

Just a little earlier (1999/2000) than Lovage (2001), but yeah - you have a point. ;) Similar deep voice. :) A wonderful love suicide ballad... Regardless, I often think how The Mighty Elvis would interpret this song ! :)))) That would be awesome! :D ...Hm... There`s only one more catch; in the verse: "I found a pink cigarette on the bed the day that you left...and how can I forget-Your Lips Were There..." no one really wonders what that object actually represents...and it`s pretty funny. :))) I`ll give you a hint: what do boys have and girls don`t ?........ :D :D :D "Thank you....Thank you very much...." hahahah....Now you`re Neo, you broke the code.:)) Word! :) C-ya! :)

"Don't know why people on YT don't request that one more" : Well, it's arguably their most commercial/easy/normal song. Not what we're looking for a reaction : we want surprised faces, mind blown like saying "WTF" :P Pink Cigarette is a cute song for Mr Bungle, nothing spectacular. Their repertoir in the aspect of "spectacular" is so dense that there is a lot more to cover before getting to Pink Cigarette, IMO. :P Very enjoyable song for sure though :) Glad you liked it !
