Harald, you're the best. There are lots of travel videos out there and many are slicker, but yours and Bald's are the most realistic and genuine. Your placing yourself in exile is killing me. We need more videos.
I was stuck there during hurricane delta. My hotel evacuated everyone and moved them to a refugee camp. I decided to get a airbnb in the ghetto. They stopped selling booze at 530. Luckly my airbnb host had a bar and sold me a bottle of liquor. Got wasted and partied with my next door neighbors and we didnt speak the same language. Best experience ever

Hey HERALDO, before you get out of Mexico try to visit Chiapas or Oaxaca. Thy are the states in mexico closer to nature and more traditional and heartwarming. They're also the poorest states in the country so all in all it's a totally different experience. Cheers from Juarez, at the border in the north!

Please put them back up! It was the beginning your of Vlogger days. I loved those first videos of yours. You alone in winter Europe, they had a feeling different than all that comes after? I know how this is. I was on Sint Marten a couple of years ago when a storm hit the island. My hotel room was completely flooded with rain that came under the balcony door, just under the electrical sockets. Lightning in the sky had all the colors, blue purple etc.. Was pretty intensive.

Delta, that hit here a few weeks ago, was more like Tor's Wrath - it had potential for hurricane level 5, but luckily reduced to level 2 before landfall Not sure if Zeta was still level 1 at landfall, seems like the damages were way less here at least (although the centre also was little farther south this time)
@@BB-qk5zz Typhoon is another name of a hurricane but in the Pacific ocean, destruction wise I would say hurricanes in a larger surface area while Tornadoes do a lot lot damage in a small area on its path
@@HaraldBaldr depends on how close you are to the projected path and/or how crazy you are. I've lived near Gainesville my entire life and have never been evacuated. To reiterate though, any hurricane sucks. Some more so than others.
Anyone in that Coachella Valley flash flood on 10/12/2018 near the south entrance to Joshua Tree? 80 MPH winds, 10 inches per hour rain, and lighting 3 times a second. Never seen anything close to the intensity of that storm, very scary. On a satellite map the storm covered 2 countries and 5 states, looked like a hurricane. And it lasted 6 hours, most flash floods last about 30 minutes or less.
Haha I lived for some time in Britain and for the life of me I could not get used the weather. Being from California, anything below 15 is too cold for me 😂 greetings from San Francisco California
