■ CULIACAN, MEXICO: After 5 days of traveling with only a tiny backpack everything I had brought with me was dirty and smelly. And with laundromats being non-existent at every street or hotel we'd stayed at as we drove up the west coast of Mexico, it was time to go shopping for something clean to wear.
Besides I was anxious to see what the centre of Sinaloa's capital, Culiacan looked like. What better way to experience a new city than to go on a market shopping spree and chat to the locals.
But first I needed to buy something to eat. Luckily I spotted an ice-cream vendor which satisfied my immediate hunger. This freed up enough time to go on a search for a local football jersey for the best team in Culiacan: Dorados De Sinaloa. That however was easier said than done....

I found Harald too stiff and emotionless in his India tour videos and preferred Mr. Bald over him but after watching this Mexico tour videos, I must say that Harald is the best of the lot. What an amazing man, full of life. May mother nature give him a long life so that he can travel more (preferably with Mr. Bald because the two of them together are so much fun) and make more of these videos.

I've never been to Mexico but I did visit San Diego and the Mexican people I met there were all around some of the nicest people I ever met. Guatemalans and El Salvadorians tend to be extremely shy and keep to themselves.

The streets of Culiacán are so clean and buildings nicely painted and taken care of. I love the quality of life there. It might sound scary the way news portrays the region but if you keep to yourself then you’ll be fine. Just respect people’s spaces and culture and it’s fine. I love the people and how nice everyone is.

@Selah7 Hello, if you want to visit Sinaloa i truly recommend to visit at least Mazatlan or Culiacan i also recommend to visit some small towns like "EL QUELITE" where they serve delicious classic Mexican food, Culiacan is also an excellent place to eat, it is in fact the best place in the state if you know where to look at.

Mr. Bald does an excellend job. His India and Russia videos connect with so many locals and he brings such an amazing experience for the viewer. Lol.. where did I say I care so much. I travel (or used to) a lot for business (and fun), and Simon reminds me of some coworkers that sometimes joined me on international trips.. the guys that basically just go from the airport to the hotel to the offiice and back to the hotel. I don't think Simon is quite that bad, and I enjoy the vids with him, but this is the complete opposite of how I like to travel. When I travel, I try to experience as much local stuff as possible, especially the food.

@@mikejr8604 bolillos are basically fine bread that is made to make “tortas” (mexican sandwiches). They are pretty big sized bread so you can fill them up with chilaquiles(nacho tortillas drenched with green salsa or red salsa, egg, cheese, refried beans, ect... i truly recomend them plus you can even eat bolillo bread with your coffee and it tastes fantastic.

I also been to Guam and japan. I been to 10 different states to. So I tried a good bit and seen alot of different cultures.

Had it once when it was cold in mexico city and i regret not going back and having it again. And its great that you are stopping by many different countries and getting to know the cultures. i live in mexico, most people is friendly and helpful. there are things they say on the media that are true but only happen every one in a while, most of the times everything is peaceful.

When I moved to San Francisco I kinda felt bad that people would stare at me weird walking down the street because In Mexico we are used to giving the good morning or the good afternoon to whoever is passing by and when I do that people just stare at me like “i don’t know you...” And when I moved to Los Angeles for college, walking down the street I said “Good afternoon” to a guy around his early 20s and I GOT ROBBED 😂😂😭😭😭
