The infrastructure in Texas, or lack thereof, never ceases to amaze me. It seems like Texas isn’t prepared for anything ever, and it’s getting to a ludicrous point. Can’t handle cold, can’t handle storms, can’t handle heat. It’s a mystery to me why anyone lives there…
It never as cold as the time we couldn't because we had no way to prepare. It is one thing to be hot but to be hot and no ice, fans, food for everything ruined. Unless u r here and doing this don't say a thing. U don't know.

Texas is one of the richest states, and no matter the season gets natural disasters, and continues to be wholly unprepared no matter what kind of disaster it is, no matter the season. Hence the “it’s a mystery as to why anyone lives there”.
